@@caniacstevehenderson7115 How could there be boring parts in the edited video if the un-edited has none. Do you think they are added during the editing?
My apologies for my late Christmas salutations. Merry Christmas to you and Mrs Ollie, and Little mouse (Bob), and all of your family. Great watching you work and the banter you have with the clients and your associates. Looking forward to the New year, with you.
Wow! I have even more respect for you, Ollie, seeing the uncut versions: just making your way in and exiting the property took close to 15 minutes excluding your mileage trip. Happy New Year to you and your family. ✨✨🧨✨✨
I actually enjoy the unedited version because you get to see everything and I bet you enjoy not having to spend time editing, thanks from Portland, Maine USA.
Lady being nice to all those plants then she gets paid back by roots causing all that expense. You going up and down and back and forth reminded me of some my old jobs in refineries doing installations of controls for natural gas engines and steam turbines. I'm paying for it all now with worn out back and knees but at least I'm still here to watch You Tube!
I persevered and did not skip anything! i'm fascinated by its all made, i live in Québec, Canada and we have hard and cold winters here. having a simplistic system has you have over there would be so nice! lol good job mate!
G'day Oliver. Greetings from the UK. Two presents in one. This video and the camera screen wash(Yes, that has been bugging me for a while). I hope you had a good Christmas (or Baby Jesus's Birthday) and are having a well deserved R+R. Safe unplugging.👍👍👍
For anyone that may not know the reel probably weighs 50 to 80 lbs and camera is 30 to 50 lbs and ollie does a good bit of calls everyday and beating his knees on concrete but still gives us some good knowledge and tips on the jobs and gets the good shots as always thanks again ollie we appreciate the videos as it inspires me to do my best as always
Ollie, get a trolley for that mini reel. You wont be able to use it on every job but save your back when you can. You don't want a ruptured disc, trust me.
You aren't kidding brother I had 6 ruptured discs in my lower back now am disabled and just puttering at 56 don't want anyone having to go through that
If you took part in a competition to snag a pipe like that on a step, you would never be able to do it, but try pulling it back normally and boom.! BTW keep up with this format, I like the longer videos as it shows more of the country, which is never boring with bits of drain unblocking as an added bonus.
That sucks the drain stops I love your uncut episodes I love how it's just raw footage I love how you still like explain what things are and I really liked about that about your channel since 2017 I've been watching your drain out a channel I really love your channel I got interested in 2017 I live in the state of California and we had fires in Sonoma county where I'm from and your videos were the only thing that was getting me through it seriously and I'm very grateful for all the channels I watched but this one really interests me because I was curious how do they unclog drains and you pretty much just explain everything and I love when you have your kids and some of your videos too that is the greatest thing I have to say is being around your kids even if it's at work
nice. No need to Fast Forward, that's the beauty of the uncuts. Hopefully you can be there when the relining will be done. Always interesting to wat h as well. Watch your back though, it will hurt with the years. any way you can put the reel on casters?
You got your excersize on this job,up and downs those steps, nice clean job, looked like a lotta roots were come in from different places.great video as always.just continue on doing what you do best.nice looking home.be safe and on to the next adventure.👍👍👍😎😎😎
Love these long videos. Hope you had a brilliant Christmas with family and friends and wish you a prosperous 2025. All the best from the other side of the ditch 🇳🇿
I wonder how many steps Ollie takes in a day with all the long distances for each job!Love all Ollies videos but these show just how hard it is doing his job.
A day in the life of Sir Drain Addict, he's a problem solver, a drain cleaner, a clean up specialist, Australia is in good hands, with Australia's best and not to forget Captain Ratty Sparrow, all good indeed ......
I admire your work. You often choose to pulverize the roots! You have a reason for that, tell me, why can't you pull them up? The roots can continue to grow? Good luck Ouly❤🎉
Hey Ollie, you’re giving away your trade secrets to the other drain services. I’ll bet they all watch you religiously. Greetings and happy holidays from Pennsylvania, USA
i am learning a lot about australia 1 i dont want to live there you drive on wrong side of rd 2 too expensive 3 even though i,m not afraid of nakes you all have 8/9 of deadliest in world but i love you,re channel i also watch cce and those jacjson brothers you all are a hardy lot down under good day mate
Drainbow 😁 Was that the tree that you suggested they should take down after you cleared the storm water? Of was there another tree near it 🤔. No! They redirected the line I think.
To Transport and then Perfect Work. This is vor lay man to see very good The Fight with the Roots in this Drain good. But von not long Time. Greeting from Austria
Always good to see Subby, he really misses Ratty. Still waiting for an update on your vans! Do you still have the vw? You really need to organise your new van, my ocd can't deal with it 😂
Does everybody have those quick connect things for the water hoses? And is there any part of Sydney that doesn't have such a drop off, or just the nice houses?
They should make mini reels with big ole rubber tires so you can haul it around like a dolly (hand truck). Speaking of which, a dolly would come in handy to haul some of your gear in SOME situations but not all. Just trying to save your back! ha!
ollie how big are the main sewers that you talk about? here in the US ours are in the middle of the road and we can walk in them. i like the uncut videos they are never boring no 2 are alike
I would LOVE to dig it up and replace it... Long term better solution, and similar up front expense, for a few meters. Also benefits the digger (me) at the moment, more than the reliner (not me). So yeah.😂
Does this new machine have remote start? I would think in a situation where the access point is so far away and that many steps, a remote start would come in handy.
Nothing boring about the videos Ollie it really shows what's involved fully with doing drain unblocking.
Interesting architecture of the home...Happy & Blessed New Year !
@@caniacstevehenderson7115 How could there be boring parts in the edited video if the un-edited has none. Do you think they are added during the editing?

All GOOD👍
Don’t care how long the video, will watch till the very end.
Would plumbers tape work with the problem of the camera head?
Love the uncut versions, it really gives a true perspective into your work! Allllllll gooooooooood 💩 🐀 🌽

Nicely done olly. Hope you and all your loved ones are enjoying a peaceful and joyful Christmas.❤
Hi Oli. Getting old is such fun aye haha. Gotta watch the old back these days 😅
I'll have to remember that technique for carrying heavy items. Many thanks to Ollie for showing it to us.
Not boring at all Ollie, and I never skip.Nice to see Subby again

You should be fit enough to be able to run the Sydney marathon the amount of running backwards and forwards you do 😮. Yet another amazing video
These videos really are prime time entertainment! Good work.

Way to many stairs...😕
Change the battery in that locator lol..
👏👏👏
32:13 HOLY CROC that thing is powerful!!! A short squirt and they're gone.
You're so fortunate to have something like that in your arsenal!! :D
I would think those houses built on hillsides and steep embankments would be so sussceptible to disjoints it would be exasperating. Good job Ollie.
You Are the best. Another great videos always enjoy yu content
Hey it's Subby!!!!! Haven't seen him for a while, looks to be doing good! And like Jeffrey South Florida says, best 2 channels on RUclips!
Morning Ollie hope you and the family had a great Christmas.
These videos are great I learn so much ✌🏻😎

Definitely not boring, and in 6 hours I would say 1.8k people agree with me 🤗💯❤️
Maybe its an idea to build a backpack platform to carry the mini reel and or camera on ? 😀 happy hollydays from Belgium!
I like the new format. Happy New year
Nice one Ollie!
I wonder how many steps Ollie takes in a day with all the long distances for each job!Love all Ollies videos but these show just how hard it is doing his job.

Uncut is more realistic than editing reality
Drainbow 😁

A real drainbow!!!!!!
To Transport and then Perfect Work. This is vor lay man to see very good
The Fight with the Roots in this Drain good. But von not long Time. Greeting from Austria
You're getting enough exercise with those stairs hauling everything 😅😅
Always good to see Subby, he really misses Ratty. Still waiting for an update on your vans! Do you still have the vw? You really need to organise your new van, my ocd can't deal with it 😂

Back and forth to the truck. That's how I roll😂. Seems like I'd lose weight.
ollie how big are the main sewers that you talk about? here in the US ours are in the middle of the road and we can walk in them. i like the uncut videos they are never boring no 2 are alike
@thoms96000 Our mains are small in comarison to yours, ours vary from 200mm to double.
I hope everyone had a respectful Christmas, let's all hope for a really good new year. 🥳👍
All good!

How much does that mini wheel weight? Looks heavy
About 25 kg.
@@DrainAddict-Uncut a bag of cement everytime. That heavy! Good for looking out for your back, you only have one😊
When that Ridgid comes out, I turn the volume down 😂😂
Perhaps you can figure a way to hook up some backpack straps to the reel... Lot of steps good thing Subby wasn't there. lol, Cheers Ollie
the longer the better
Woohoo another one!
P.s. notification gang
🥇
I won't lie i could watch like a 4 hour video of you just unclogging and driving to the next and unclogging 😂
@ 10:35 the shirt for the screen wash Shows Why Miss Ollie Needs A Bondi Beach House for doing all of Ollie's laundry !! LMAO
Merry Christmas ⛄⛄😊😊
nice job
I think you could save yourself a trip up the stairs with mini reel first then pressure up and camera second? Not sure.
Does this new machine have remote start? I would think in a situation where the access point is so far away and that many steps, a remote start would come in handy.
Yes, but because its down a hill and around the corner i lose reception.👍
Righteous work Ollie 👍
Miss the Romans 6:23 , but I see we’re still protected by Jesus!🤘
happy christmas some of your jobs like obstickle coarses
I like you brother ❤i watching from india Punjab
What happened with the DC-38 and DC-48? We don't see them on the channel anymore :(
Does everyone in Sydney have to use one of those water quick connects?
Olá amigo saudações do Brasil. Só uma curiosidade mesmo. vc é funcionário dessa empresa ou vc é o proprietário tambem do seu trabalho ?
