@@626sleepy not necessarily. Some Luna videos keep me up but also make me very relaxed. Enough to where I could close my eyes and go to sleep right after. But some I fall asleep to. Most other creators I fall asleep in five minutes which sometimes I don’t want to. But I don’t know how it even happens lol I’m just asleep

I know alot of people don't like the ads are the start but I use your video's to tell me sleep. As daft as it sounds I breath very light so when you did the little 'here smell it' bit I genuinely took a big deep breath which just helped me relax.
