from tests it's really miniscule and you wouldn't notice it. even RetroRGB tested it in his video called "4K Gamer Pro Review: Sharp-Scale 1080p to 4K" in which he used a high speed camera and could not spot any delay with it (this camera was fast enough to detect each individual line drawn on a CRT as shown in the video), if it is adding delay, it is so slight that it would essentially be meaningless, which is good if you want to use it as a 1080p to 4k upscaler in the event you have a 4k display with slow or undesireable upscaling.
Nintendo only went after Yuzu for distributing copyrighted content in their discord. Ryujinx is still going fine and they haven't gone after them. They also certainly know about them

Theirs no delay, I own the 4k gamer plus, the cheaper version that works great

Might as well get the docked switch, it’s the same resolution, upscaling to 4K is useless bc it’s not native 4K.

Até pode ser essa a resolução, porém e igual mobile, algums jogos são uma resolução de por exemplo 1600x900p porém embaçados
