    07:35 07:41 先找到腓骨後緣的腓腱(短軸), 探頭續向遠端滑, 一旦畫面出現跟骨, 則在腓腱與跟骨間尋找貼在跟骨表面上的Cal-Fibular Ligament(長軸)(低回音)(記得,將踝關節做背曲動作可觀察到貼在跟腓韌帶表面的腓腱因跟腓韌帶繃緊而被撐提的現象。

      Metush Qorrolli It is a Canon Aplio i series with I DMS (dynamic microslice) transducer. Am I right Mr Inigiori?

      This video was recorded with a Aplio i800 from Canon. Probe is a 24 MHz Ultra-High Frequency transducer

    足部擺在蹠曲姿,並略向內轉,
    2:09 找到外踝最突點,
    📌先將探頭下緣擺放在外踝最突點,探頭長軸約平行於足底面。得到第一個影像2:16
    📌在上述探頭擺位的畫面裡的脂肪組織: 2:24
    📌再將探頭往腳掌底面略做水平下移,便可看到ATFL 2:332:41
    📌此時探頭的遠端宜略向內側加壓 2:46 ,可避免距骨端的anisotropy現象3:48
    🌹#AITFL: 把探頭貼在腓骨不動,轉探頭遠端向頭側45度3:53,此時先出現的是表面覆軟骨的距骨較頂端 4:02。接著再將整個探頭長軸往近心端略平行移動,距骨消失而脛骨會出現 ,去尋找界於脛腓交接處的AITFL 的下緣 4:254:35
    探頭須再略往近心端平移,方呈現AITFL的上緣樣貌。

    先平行足底置探頭在跟骨的5:04
    🌹5:57 Ant recess & Talo-Navicular Ligament
    🌹6:58 因為擺位需求不同所以把Cal-Fibular Ligament放在最後檢查。
