the hotel I stayed in was all inclusive. bamboo rafting was around $90. if I remember correctly, that price is for 2 adults but if you’re by yourself you have to pay the full price. I paid $159 for the safari and atv. that price included transportation to and from the hotel. I hope you have a great trip !!!

if you are traveling by yourself, I would recommend booking a driver for a day or two (my driver in the video is really good, I can send you his information if you’re interested!) the prices are higher if you’re not with someone, however it is very convenient! I also recommend that you speak to guest services or concierge at your resort, and ask for any tours or excursions that could take you to explore local areas and/or nightlife. Lastly, I highly encourage everyone to talk/engage with the people who work at the resort. Many people that I met live in the local areas outside of the resort, so they had the best firsthand recommendations! Every single person I encountered was very friendly and helpful!
- book tours and excursions through the hotel or resort you plan on staying at because you usually go in groups with other people from the hotel who signed up - booking an all-inclusive is helpful because you won’t have to worry about traveling outside of where you’re staying for every meal - share your location with multiple people from home - keep the do not disturb sign on your room door to avoid having your personal items misplaced (unless you want housekeeping) - be very aware of your surroundings what are you most scared about ?
