Don't dorget the pressure and the stress they are under. There has to be a new episode of DBS every sunday and a lot of other crew members like the voice actors, sound enginiers and stuff need the animation to do their part which pushes even more pressure on the animtors to be finished as soon as possible. So yeah, you can't really blame them for DBS not always having the best animation ever. Blame the ones who came up with the time management or the fans who can't wait a second and just complain all the time.
