    I swear no feet no contact muscle snatch has been the best accessory/primer/warmup ever. To the point where it should be almost mandatory universally. I don't even know how to smash hip to the barbell after starting with those.

    My press currently is 75 kg for 5 couple of sets, I aim for 90 kg max for 1 ,2 but seems impossible. You lift them plates with such ease.

    Doing these every session during warmups has really improved my snatch form. And to focus more on arm pull it is great to do the “no foot” variation where you don’t let your heels leave the platform.
