Wow. I have been addicted to a very bitter filled multiplayer PC game (Called Elder Scrolls Legends.. a collectible Card Game) , sometimes looking at pornography when I become lustful.. I am in a failed marriage, just together because of our young kids.. been a believer in Jesus, but not properly following due to my strong desire for entertainment, for about.. 30 years of my life. But I just bought Phils book on kindle, Redwoods and Wales, and read about his band Zealand.. came on here to listen to it, and his songs instantly lift me up. I praise God for Phil helping people who really need help - and one of those persons is me.
I think i véry difficult and sad circumstances in life our God's love and faithfulness carries us through....i once read in Richard Wurmbrandt's wife's autobiography that she said when they had it só difficult in concentration camps etc under persecution in USSR at one stage when she had to go out véry early in the mornings in the Siberian winter to clean the pig's places the ónly thing thag carried her through and the ónly thought in her mind was that she loved the Lord - she felt só empty otherwise. I suppose it was Holy Spirit that has put thag knowing so strongly in her heart to carry her through. Her love for Jesus gave her strength...i think her strength was só little that ónly the stróngest and móst important thing remained - the unshakeable things which came up out of her heart which was one with Holy Spirit. She was even to weak to think of her husband whom was in another camp and with whom she hadn't had ány contact but God graced her once when éverything was só, só utterly difficult that He brought her to her husband or him to her - i think like in a vision/in the spirit but it was réál - nót a hallucination and it gave her só múch strength - his love in that moment - just to see him there with her and feeling his love in his eyes and from his being. I think it also is like a manifestation of Holy Spirit Himself especially if you think that the Word says how we are one with God if we are born again...i think we will see more of thag in the last days...even how He took me with Him as a child whom didn't even grow up in a charismatic church in fact i wasn't very serious about church or Bible reading at all - although i loved God through what my parents told me about God. Bible reading and church was boring to me. I actually missed most of the sermons and lied about having been there but when Holy Spirit asked me if He can do whatéver He wanted in my life and i said yes the next moment i was inside Him in someone's brain while He worked on it through a surgeon. Its oneness. But that wasn't what i actually wanted to say. All i wanted to say is i've learnt when thd Lord takes away éverything else ónly the unshakeable truth - the essence of Holy Spirit in our beings remains like an anchor. Just like with me when He've put me in útter gróss darkness for a few moments in his presence...there was ábsolutely nóthing it was só dárk but i suppose eventually what was really needed for me to know under the circumstance either came from deep down in my spirit to the surface in the absolute still and emptiness or Holy Spirit allowed it to... even though it felt as even God wasn't present and was far - véry, véry far like in another universe or something, i véry, véry cléárly realized like a ábsolutely cértain knówing that wheréver He is, i was thinking, I KNÓW THAT I KNÓW THAT I KNÓW that He was hearing ÉVERY WORD I SAID ÉVER MY BREATH...EVEN MY THOUGHTS... i suppose it is whag they call faith...it was working when in a vacuum... when i had nóthing else to rely on.. âlso before i realized thát even, from déép within my being i realized VÉRY, VÉRY CLEARLY from the ábsolutely míserable feeling of feeling so cut-off from God that i was thinking then gosh.. !!!!!! Éven if the Lord would súddenly júst take that hórrible experience away and if life would continue júst like before as if nóthing happened, i would NÉVER ÉVER HAVE PEACE AND JOY AND BE SATISFIED ÉVER AGAIN IF GOD HIMSÉLF WOULDN'T PUT THÍS RIGHT HÉRE AND NÓW I THOUGHT - I REALIZED THAT I COULDN'T BÉÁR TO ÉVER IN MY WHÓLE LÍFE BE CUT-OFF FROM GOD OR IN THE LÉÁST EVEN DISTANCED FROM HIM...i suppose then the faith kicked in...not immediately but in the ábsolute vacuum it came to that...i suppose my soul cried out to God without words or Holy Spirit interceded for me as i awakened and drew near more unto Him... in my life its something that always stood iut for me...when i tried to draw close to God - sometimes feeling as if i was smothering and couldn't breathe even feeling só caught up in my circumstances that i couldn't pray...just sat there or layed on my face in the pillow and then i ysually started hearing a little night owl...then i knew it was God's way of telling me He heard and He was right there... He has his ways and we learn to know his specific fingerprint on us...but i'm not saying its ever easy...but it helps to know God loves us and He's there...
This song is my morning starter & it always lifts up my spirits. Even tho i face challenges at work this song reminds me that God is with me & im not alone.
