    I have followed all ur video..ur voice is v sweet n commanding ln one of ur video u mentioned that at one time ur doctor suggested not to bend n sit with folding legs. Mdm what was that condition ?? If u can share..will be inspiring.for us.

    Mai aapke sare vdos follow karti hoon. Bshot hi ache results he. Thank you so much.. Meri. Ek complent hai. Meditetion shuru hone k baad aadha hone tak hi meri pith me dard hone lagta hai.. Aur dono pair sunn pad. Jate hai.. Kya. Karoo.

    I am having raised sugar level while following ur Yogenidra .. my legs feel numbness which disturb meditation..

      Numbness is quite normal but blood sugar spike not possible during yog nidra. But still if you are not comfortable please avoid

      Mdm blood sugar level is already raised not. due to yognidra ...my problem is ven I go in meditation.. my # leg feels numbness which disturb my meditation...

      Thanks Sunil ji. Daily morning sukshm vyayam, pranayam and yog nidra practice is very effective for sleeplessness. Must try for next 15 days. Stay blessed

    My left. leg had #.. undergone surgery.. titanium plate fitted with 6 metal screws. for support at age of 62. , now l m 65 ...(I can't sit down)...l do all my meditation on chair or on bed...

    Madam,after 46, yawning came fr atleast 15 times,body also relaxed,but sleep didn't come,wat to do?
