Imagine this but it was all one song 1st Song: Devil's Gambit, Cuphead casually fights BF, near the end of the song, the screen flashes black twice, showing a blue soul, and BF gets dragged away and slammed into Sans's Area 2nd Song: Bad Time, BF immediately starts fighting Sans with no break inbetween the transition, eventually near the end of Bad Time, an inky hole forms under BF and he falls into Bendy's Dimension. 3rd Song: Despair. BF fights his way through Bendy, finally finishing the song. Okay 1st things 1st, all of these are absolute bangers and I love all of them equally. 2nd they were so difficult, it was nice to have a challenge after a while, I was able to get a sdcb on devils gambit and bad time (bad time took like 3 days to beat) and I somehow cleared despair while dodging. Needless to say it's gonna be nearly impossible for a new mod to top this one! Edit: I just wanna say that I was able to fc devils gambit and bad time and I'm just really proud of myself that's all
Out of the 3: 3. Bad Time: It's third just because I like the other songs better. Plus it gives off this angry vibe from Sans. I don't really think Sans can get angry, but I do think he can get highly upset. I feel he wouldn't resort to anger or rage since he'd be fighting someone who messes with time. 2. Devil's Gambit: This song has a nostalgic feel to it. Not sure exactly where it is in the song, but I definitely feel it. I love the parry note sound effects. They really add some sort of battle to it because that's what they're doing. 1. Despair: I absolutely love it. The angelic choir music is the finest touch to the music. Bendy is hard to hear but it gives a horror element to it in it's own special way. The intensity all round and the parts at 8:10-8:26, 9:35-9:43, and especially 10:31 are incredible. There's no bias whatsoever. I love all three games equally. They all have a special place in my heart. It's simply my opinion.
Oh god here we go… Bad time is the best out of the three. I will die on that hill. Tenzu knocked it out of the park yet again. I also saw another comment point out how behind the bad time text, it says “Bad Time” in the Gaster font (idk what it’s called) which is such a cool detail, and the song itself is a banger. Devil’s Gambit is a VERY close second. Cuphead holds a special place in my heart because it was the first ever indie game I’ve ever played. I really like Cuphead’s vocals as well as the instrumental. I think that it’s such a badass intro to the nightmare songs. Despair is not a bad song by any means, but I feel like the other two nightmare song just kind of outshine it, no offense to the people who worked on the song of course. I’ve never played Bendy and the Ink Machine but recently a friend of mine told me I should so I might in the future. Side note: when I first saw the name of Bad Time I thought it was just gonna be straight Megalovania and I’m glad it wasn’t, not because megalo is bad but because bad time is amazing. I’m ready to get destroyed
I don't agree, for me Devil's gambit is waaay better than Bad time, more frenetic and Bad time feels slightly more calm and by so.. *boring.* I agree with despair, it's a big meh and not really good, just hard that's it.
If you want to know the bpm and scroll speed for each song here you go. Devil's Gambit: BPM:175 scroll speed: 2.9 Bad time: BPM:165 scroll speed: 3.5 Despair: BPM:375(187.5 in game) scroll speed: 3
Possibly since in the demo, the three we know of are the first of 4 possible weeks, and if it’s the same, then we can expect 9 more characters and over 12 more songs
When the full indie cross releases, with every character, make one extreme song with everyone and their mechanics, I wonder who would step up to the challenge to beat it?
Here's a Toast to those poor souls who went out wanting to FC these near impossible songs only to throw in the towel and to the few who managed to hold out long enough to rise to the occasion. Let's hope the Nightmare Ghost wont be as hard.
Cuphead and Bendy are the only ones basically trying to kill you by trying to get out screen and jumpscare you and Sans is cool with everything… also y’all notice Cuphead looks like he is about to blow your head out
I really enjoy the different ways the characters handle the Nightmare Power Cuphead seems fine, considering he's a well enough vessel for the Devil's power in the base game Sans straight up looks like he can't handle it, judging by how much he's shaking Bendy's adjusted to it the easiest, being the Ink Demon itself, and looks like he's ready to brutalize BF harder than he did after Nightmare Run
I do agree with your analysis for cuphead and bendy, but I think sans is shaking is because he’s a skeleton. And well, skeletons are basically just bones. You can also see this during his boss fight in undertale where he’s shaking a little
And also A DIFFICULT DISGRACE, the whole song is good if you understand the beat of the song. BUT THAT PART. IT'S ON YOUR OWN. (I still haven't gotten past despair because of that damn part)
@@russburias8682 there are black symbols on the front of the song name "bad time", which are the symbols of Gaster from the undertale game, and it's a language called "wingdings".
Each of these songs require a different skill and a reason why they are hard in there own ways: 0:00 Devils gambit 😮💨🎲: lightning fast reaction time and perfect timing yourself🟪 2:10 Bad time😵💫💙: focus with when and where you need to place your actions and pure skill🔹 5:24 Despair😖🥫: the last two making the ultimate challenge in a 5 fucking minute song testing how long you can keep up this torture and fun fact this gets harder each time you die 🟡
I will give my opinion regarding the Nightmare songs Devil's gambit: -good vocals -worst instrumental (It's not bad, not at all, although I'm only comparing it with the Nightmare songs) -Best rhythm (It's so catchy I haven't been able to get it out of my head in days) BADTIME: -Best Vocals (eee) -Good instrumental -Good rhythm DESPAIR: -Worst vocals (Nightmare Bendy's are not heard) -Best instrumental (This is not a simple instrumental of FnF, this is the fight against the final boss of some video game, simply great) -Good rhythm so in conclusion, the most balanced is BADTIME, so it's my favorite Nightmare song
Personal opinion, bad time feels way too out of rhythm and the dubstep isn't really frenetic, not really good tbh. Despair is probably the worst song in the entire mod, but also the hardest. Devil's gambit has a good instrumental, vocals, rhythm and such a good vibe to it that makes it for me the best song in the entire mod.
Despair is a pain in my butt on Roblox and it will be worse once I play the actual game but that’s what makes despair a really great song along with the detail, vocals, music, and everything else about it
I have some questions Cuphead: did he kill the devil Sans: why is he mad Bendy: why does his voice sound different All: how did they get there nightmare forms and why are they mad
Gevils damnit (devils gambit sorry) was the only nightmare song I was able to beat. I would have gave up but everything about devils gambit is perfect. The chart is great along with well placed death notes. It’s weirdly fun to press shift and space when needed because it gives me a break from only pressing A S K and L (my keybinds.) And the intensity of the song is fantastic and gives vibes of him being way more evil and threatening then the devil himself just like the background. Bad time can honestly be a challenge even without blue and orange notes just because of its speed. It has a reason to be hard and passing a section is extremely satisfying especially the 5th and 6th section. I don’t know how to describe the song too much but bad time is a bop. Despair is probably the hardest to beat. It’s 5 minutes long which makes even a few attempts feel like 100. I probably would say bad time is harder if despair did not have the butcher gang. The song would be pretty passable without them. Despair is also insanely hard because of the sin notes looking like ink notes at the end. Making it so you really can’t trust hitting any ink notes. And one thing all nightmare songs have is visually astonishing art and visuals. I probably would got over fnf if indie cross didn’t exsist. It’s a fantastic masterpiece.
Ok I think they have made a song that’s impossible to Full Combo, not because of tight note positioning or spam beyond comprehension, because in reality it tests your skills you’ve been taught by taking it to the max, making sure you don’t mess up by not doing the mechanics put in your face, and dodging insta kill notes
I realy love hear in Bad Time some tones of other UT's songs like "New home" or of "Power of NEO" That is a *Great* detail and a sweet love cart (Genocide Route or not)
@@TheChaoCrew If this is V1 or Hell mechanics, yes, Bad Time is harder to clear than Despair. Despair is harder on Standard mechanics and going for an FC though.
Just had a though and realised its like the 3 are a rock paper scissors set where one will always counter another Bendy counters Sans and this is shown in every fight between them except nightmare Sans vs normal Bendy. Presumably Sans would kinda counter Cuphead because Cupheads gameplay is closest to the Players in Undertale where you just have to get good by abusing respawning and just keep dodging until you get lucky. This would also mean that Cuphead counters Bendy or I could just be wrong about this.
Do the nightmare tracks have any sort of story relevance? The little details in each track and stuff in the background (plus the game over screen) seem too specific for them to be not canon or relevant to the story.
After playing these songs over and over, trying to beat them, makes me not used to hearing them without their mechanics. But it’s still good nonetheless.
Bad time really gave me a bad time, despair also make me despair, and devil gambit really feels like you was gambit'ng with the devil (haha stupid puns)

And Devils Gambit will break you’re hand
respect to you for animating this and making it 10 minutes long.

@@Rematch1234 what if indie cross 2.0 launches?
@@alissonkartds5721 then it should be better
indie cross is with fnaf 1 on my list
Despair sounds like a mix of Death Metal,Boss Battle song, and a bit of Doom soundtrack, and thats why i love it.
Out of the 3:
It's simply my opinion.
personally i like all 3 but i prefer bad time over devils gambit
but i agree with you on despair
sans mad cuz grillbys closes when he got there LOL
Sans can get mad if you managed to kill his brother or friends.
I agree
Oh god here we go…
Bad time is the best out of the three.
*boring.*
I agree with despair, it's a big meh and not really good, just hard that's it.
The "gaster font" is called wingdings

2:08 - Bad Time (my favorite song)

Will other characters appear in Indie Cross?
Yy the devil, but it's just one song in Freeplay, I think because of the first ost that Moro publish
And papyrus but that one is with sans
But I still didn't play the mod so I'm just speculating
Possibly since in the demo, the three we know of are the first of 4 possible weeks, and if it’s the same, then we can expect 9 more characters and over 12 more songs
@@animatetrioj1507
The fact that Despair is slightly longer than the other 2 songs combined is insane

Hola MORØ me encantó el FNF indie Cross nomas que no puedo pasar las canciones
Nightmare son complicadas pero si las practicó las puedo pasar 😅😅😅
When the full indie cross releases, with every character, make one extreme song with everyone and their mechanics, I wonder who would step up to the challenge to beat it?
Crossed Out kind of does that.
Here's a Toast to those poor souls who went out wanting to FC these near impossible songs only to throw in the towel and to the few who managed to hold out long enough to rise to the occasion. Let's hope the Nightmare Ghost wont be as hard.
Despair is a banger, but a difficult song to keep up with, being 5 whole minutes long and mostly because of how many times it changes key in the song.
You can barely hear bendy 🤔
True But At Some Points You Can And Its Demonic And Frightening Epic
Cuphead and Bendy are the only ones basically trying to kill you by trying to get out screen and jumpscare you and Sans is cool with everything… also y’all notice Cuphead looks like he is about to blow your head out
YOU'RE THE TRUE MORO ONE OF THE CREADORS OF THIS INCREIBLE MOD INDIE CROSS
I really enjoy the different ways the characters handle the Nightmare Power
Cuphead seems fine, considering he's a well enough vessel for the Devil's power in the base game
Sans straight up looks like he can't handle it, judging by how much he's shaking
Bendy's adjusted to it the easiest, being the Ink Demon itself, and looks like he's ready to brutalize BF harder than he did after Nightmare Run
I do agree with your analysis for cuphead and bendy, but I think sans is shaking is because he’s a skeleton. And well, skeletons are basically just bones. You can also see this during his boss fight in undertale where he’s shaking a little
@@ProbablyNotSomethingImportant that’s just his side to side bopping animation.
Sans is the weakest monster in the underground, so it makes sense why he’s shaking uncontrollably
@Flarus oh ok
@Greezchum I mean, in terms of health, but he’s kinda hard to beat
9:39 this part of despair is such a banger
FRFR
And also A DIFFICULT DISGRACE, the whole song is good if you understand the beat of the song. BUT THAT PART. IT'S ON YOUR OWN. (I still haven't gotten past despair because of that damn part)
Epic
Despair must be the best song man (for my opinion) its my Favourite part so far
Did you notice that "bad time" had wingdings lettering in front of it?
i just noted that
@@snowy9836 yeah. Ain't that cool?
@@jazzmynecook5963 yea
wait what?
@@russburias8682 there are black symbols on the front of the song name "bad time", which are the symbols of Gaster from the undertale game, and it's a language called "wingdings".
Each of these songs require a different skill and a reason why they are hard in there own ways:
0:00 Devils gambit 😮💨🎲: lightning fast reaction time and perfect timing yourself🟪
2:10 Bad time😵💫💙: focus with when and where you need to place your actions and pure skill🔹
5:24 Despair😖🥫: the last two making the ultimate challenge in a 5 fucking minute song testing how long you can keep up this torture and fun fact this gets harder each time you die 🟡
Buuenardo sigue haci moro tu puedes y sacas un mod mejor que indie cross o ya de una la segúnda parte tu puedes
I will give my opinion regarding the Nightmare songs
Devil's gambit:
-good vocals
-worst instrumental (It's not bad, not at all, although I'm only comparing it with the Nightmare songs)
-Best rhythm (It's so catchy I haven't been able to get it out of my head in days)
BADTIME:
-Best Vocals (eee)
-Good instrumental
-Good rhythm
DESPAIR:
-Worst vocals (Nightmare Bendy's are not heard)
-Best instrumental (This is not a simple instrumental of FnF, this is the fight against the final boss of some video game, simply great)
-Good rhythm
so in conclusion, the most balanced is BADTIME, so it's my favorite Nightmare song
Bad Time is the best especially the drop at: 4:19
Personal opinion, bad time feels way too out of rhythm and the dubstep isn't really frenetic, not really good tbh.
Despair is probably the worst song in the entire mod, but also the hardest.
Devil's gambit has a good instrumental, vocals, rhythm and such a good vibe to it that makes it for me the best song in the entire mod.
@@natax1737 Despair worst song? Man why
the instrumental is a true banger
@@natax1737 would you kill me if I said Despair>Devils Gambit
@@Nathan0973 I wouldn't, but i can't find a single reason why despair is better.
I only noticed here that devils gambit have "Cuphead Deal with the Devil" icon when original cuphead has "Dont Deal with the Devil" icon

Sans: why is he mad
Bendy: why does his voice sound different

The Mechanics of the Indie Cross are Very Difficult… Finally Something New!
*How is Despair over 5 minutes long?*
Remember, it's just a game theory
Bro 😢
Because they want you to feel pain
It’s because bendy wanted to not only kill bf but also feed him to his minions and so that he can become stronger
Triple Trouble was eight minutes but okay-
That's why Despair (the theme) was so intense, it was composed by CDMusic, the guy who made the boss rush themes for Calamity
How did you beat Devils Gambit? You must have your hand on life support right?
@@tjg750 I don’t remember I haven’t played this game in like a year.

I realy love hear in Bad Time some tones of other UT's songs like "New home" or of "Power of NEO"
That is a *Great* detail and a sweet love cart (Genocide Route or not)
As a forever Undertale fan, I love how the motive of Battle Against a True Hero/Power of Neo plays in the background of Bad Time.
4:19 is just a splendid dubstep drop, I F@#KING LOVE IT!

Bad Time has slowly became my favorite nightmare song just because of the challenge it can provide, plus it just goes hard

@@TheChaoCrew If this is V1 or Hell mechanics, yes, Bad Time is harder to clear than Despair.
Despair is harder on Standard mechanics and going for an FC though.
I’ve only just realized, each character has the colors of an ink printer!

Sans = Cyan
Bendy = Yellow

@@multifandomproduction Good one
I just realised the background in despair is the giant lake outside the ink demons lair
You have perfected the nightmare songs and everything about them are perfect!!
Just had a though and realised its like the 3 are a rock paper scissors set where one will always counter another
Bendy counters Sans and this is shown in every fight between them except nightmare Sans vs normal Bendy.
They're just a challenge for completionists.
