I thought most young people as the proclaimed that they can listen to music and and at the same time doing some thing else,now when it come to do do a real task they are now complaining about the music . The music was not distracting to me i tried not to focus on it. Over all the you tube presentation was well done.
It is impossible to hear what she is saying because of the music. Why on earth does a video about microscope technique need music at all? It's not entertainment. I switched off after a couple of minutes, - utterly unwatchable.

You cannot obtain the full cone of light with an OI lens unless you also oil the top lens of the condenser to the underside of the slide.
