Hi there! I was looking for reviews of these headphones because of sales going on. I just wanted to mention that the switch on the headphones, which I think you referred to as a mic switch, is actually for Active Noise Cancellation (or ANC for short), and it's completely unrelated to the mic and instead effects the speakers. It does some tech thing I can't hope to understand that helps eliminate the ambient noises around you, like sounds from air planes and cars and low-level office sounds, leaving you in relative silence. There's a switch so you can choose to keep ANC turned off to extend battery life or you can also turn it on without needing to listen to music. I highly recommend always glancing through manuals, even when you're confident about a product! Sometimes there are little tips and tricks that aren't necessarily obvious. the switch isnt for the mic its for the noise cancellation feature

I put them on the charger, and it still show that it’s not fully charged. What am I doing wrong?

I’m trying to connect it to my mac and it won’t it’s says connected but no sound comes out
Just disconnect and ensure that it is the only bluetooth headphone connected. Sometimes, if multiple bluetooth devices are connected, it could act like that.

@WAIZZLY oook, one last thing to do is to restart both headphone (ensure battery isn't low) and mac and reconnect. If then problem persists after this, then I would think the headphones have a problem.

What a bizarre and uninformative review. The guy clearly doesnt know how to present useful info LIKE HOW THEY PERFORM and didnt know about the ANC button because he said it was the mic button 😆
