They are both punches, just slightly different 🤷♂️
While they are essentially the same punch but done with different hands their uses vary greatly.

Animating boxing kinda simple, but the movements by using the stick figure with Kung Fu is kinda slightly risky, you know that.

i personally dont use tweening but thats up to you if you want to use it
do you use pro and if you do what is the difference?
I use pro. The main difference is that you have more features in pro such as SFX, mp4 uploading, filters (blur, opacity, etc), and ofc no watermark. But using free Stick Nodes is completely fine 👍
