The first thing is the company and the pet food sellers are trying to profit from the clout of 'famous' stray cats, without offering real protection for them. Instead, they use part of the donation to pay volunteers. They claimed that they are doing the TNR (trap-neuter-release) procedure to slow down the reproduction speed of stray cats, but it is still steps behind the actual speed that those cat make babies, as a result, more stray kittens will be born and maybe dead in the winter. Also: Those open foodboxes has more or less become an open target for animal abusers, or cat haters in general. There are also several other cases that the food in the bowl were poisoned or mixed with glue, glass shards or nail, etc. In a country where animal rights doesn't exist and the laws are garbage, is this business model or charity act can continue in the future? Maybe all of us can seriously think about it.
