How well I remember this video. It came on TV exactly at the time I was becoming immersed into the music of Gordon Lightfoot. Just watching it here again after those many years still transports me back to that wonderful era.

Not me. I was hooked on his stuff around his first album and never saw this tape until recently. The Lord broke the mold .

With great humility Lightfoot explains how songs come together for him. "Well, you do this and you have that." So simple... HA. Says the most profound lyricists of our lifetime. Great interview of a genius.
