ADD CORNSTARCH AND COOKING WINE ON PORK CHOP. LEAVE FOR 15 -30 MINS. PAN FRY WITH OIL. COVER THE LID IF THE PORK CHOP IS THICK.
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SAUCE: SOY SAUCE 4 SP, MAPLE SYRUP 2 SP, MIRIM 1 SP(KOREAN COOKING WINE), BLACK VINEGAR 1 1/2 SP, BLACK PP LITTLE.
Tomato soup
ADD WATER IN A POT AND KEEP THE HEAT MEDIUM. ADD CUT TOMATOES (5) AND GARLIC (I USE A LOT BUT UP TO YOUR PREFERENCE. LET BOIL AND COOK FOR 15 MINS. ADD CRACKED EGGS (3-4). ADD SALT AND BLACK PP. LET BOIL 15 MORE MINS. DONE.
POTATO DISH
CUT BACON OR MEAT, CUT POTATO (1 LARGE) AND CUT ONION. CRACK EGGS (3) ADD MIRIM (1 SP), SALT AND BLACK PP.

Hi Ms Charis , nice to see your kids enjoying water play in your deck, so much fun , as for us we took the kids to a u pick lavender farm with a pond , and we are lucky this year , our 2 cherry trees and berry patch had quite a few fruits produce , the kids enjoyed picking cherries and berries from the backyard, btw Happy Summer to you and your family 😊 I will try to do some of your recipes

Charis....I don't know what happened nor why my comment wasn't posted....Interesting. Anyways, it was fun watching the kid have fun playing and enjoying the beginning of their Summer Vacation. I do remember sharing in my original post that I'd made several Korean dishes and that YT is extremely helpful. I've made KFC(Korean Fried Chicken - mild/spicy, Korean Hamburger Bulgogi - mild/spicy (it's great for a quick meal & leftovers) and other dishes. So Fun and Delicious. The frozen yogurt looks and sound so yummy and refreshing on a hot Summer day. Here's to a Wonderful Summer. 💛✨

I love these videos. I’ll have to try to make the yogurt bars. They look delicious. I make egg and tomato soup with green onions and it’s very soothing to eat. Food looks so good and the kids are so adorable. Mom always makes the best food. 😃❤️ have fun in Texas!

I can’t wait the NYC Tiffany blogs 😊 esp. the new cafe yay 🎉. nothing can beat the rice 🍚 in us Asians lol anyway I never eat yogurt ever since then one day on our vacation just 2 yrs ago during breakfast I saw a man making his yogurt mixing it with nuts and 🍓 fruit’s and I’m kind of thinking 🤔 omg that’s how to eat the yogurt hahaha so when we come home from then on I Have my breakfast yogurt mixed with strawberry 🍓 chops walnuts, craisins, coconut strips and flax chia coconut 🥥 my goodness I’m so hooked and eating it everyday like everyday 😅 it’s like eating desserts every morning and just had this morning 👌🏼 those dark pork chops yummy 😋
I love that tomato egg drop soup too! At the end, I turn off the heat and add a bit of sesame oil. It makes the soup even more tasty. :):)

Makes you want to be a kid again, doesn't it? Are the kids at home all summer, or do they have summer camp? School just ended for mine as well, and we enrolled them in so many different camps to keep them busy and to give me a break 🙃 🙂
