The Quaker beliefs are similar to Christian beliefs in God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit or what is known as the Holy Trinity. How Quakers live their day to day lives supposedly separates them from other Christian faiths. There is plenty of information in libraries or on the internet about the Quaker faith.

so you want to talk about creepy coincidence? i recently finished a tv show and i ran into god friended me. guess which show i finished.... quantum leap, which they mentioned in this interview.
This show is a safe way for theist to deal with atheists. By misrepresenting atheists , and sticking to the safest least threatening characterization. That way they can accept an atheist without having to deal with the uncomfortable ideas atheism presents. I think about it and then realize it is the same strategy often used to represent controversial characters , like when they introduced black people , and homosexuals in tv and movies. They got to get past the bigotry somehow , but it is frustratingly slow. Heck they still have a tendency to play the flamboyant flaming gay trope to often.
You can champion more than one cause especially if that cause has shared common ground , such as religion dictated discrimination and bigotry. Heck if I wanted to I could also choose to add additional causes to champion such as intolerance of other religions and mysogony. The bible is inclusive that way.

Honor God, and love one another, treat people well. Sometimes it takes a rude awakening for us to remember that. I do know from personal experience that it can be a hard and hurtful lesson. In the long run, God will convict our hearts one way or another. I prefer learning the easy way rather than the hard way.
