My favourite bean hack of yours is shown in a different video, and it's mashing white beans with avocado for avocado toast! I love the different texture it gives : D The first bean hack I ever tried was black beans in brownies. They turned out well!
I'm always open to near ways to make my beans taste better. My parents have been plantbased for over a year now so this holiday we are all making beans from scratch into meals and they taste so much better!!!
I love your cooking videos Remy! Would love a "what to cook in an airbnb that only has a single burner and crappy frying pan" video lol. I'll definitely try out frying beans in a pan - that's a really good idea. I think room temp beans are awful so I usually microwave them, but crisped up on the stove sounds sooo good.
Thanks for this video!! I try to incorporate different beans because of it being a good source of protein and being so beneficial, into my recipes but I never know where to start. 💖
I have a really hard time digesting beans and my dietitian told me to only eat tinned lentils/beans (instead of dried) and to thoroughly rinse and boil them before use and that will make them easier to digest!
Some great ideas here! My fav way to eat beans is to soak some lentils/mung beans and/or pigeon peas with whole grains like teff, amaranth, buckwheat and millet overnight and then cook like oatmeal in the morning. Topped with crunchy celery and/or coleslaw and fresh fruit, it's the PERFECT post-workout meal!
It’s fun to see the Dutch packaging :) thanks for the inspiration!

Beans already taste good! Who else could basically eat them straight out of the can? ... oh just me, oh okay lol
OMG MY SISTER!! I told her she’s insane and just kept eating my beans with flavor lol wish I could tho, it’s healthier and simpler
I needed this :D! Thank you so much!
Did you add honey to the chickpea recipe?? Also, do you peel off the chickpea skin??
Loved the little song at the end. Perhaps you could share the lyrics :D
which blender are you using? 😚
I'm not into beans too. Thanks for these tips
Beans eating beans. That’s beanibalism 😅
The explanation for the crispy chickpeas is missing 🥺
It's not missing, it's in the description box! :)
May I ask what spices you used? @veggiekins
How can anybody be "anti-bean"?
