Being humped by a stranger was one of my first experiences in PT and sonewhere along the way that died out and I barely see it happen anymore which makes it even lamer when someone does it

Me personally, I keep the same skin on the entire argument and just act like it doesn’t affect me. One thing I've encountered is people getting mad at me for not responding when I have the 'away' or 'busy' mark on. I tend to turn it on if I'm in a statue skin (I do this while drawing) or while I go to tab out and switch music and the amount of times I've come back to people being mad at me for not responding is ridiculous.

I met someone on this game recently. I made an awesome Bruno Madrigal oc and they said so. We talked for half an hour before I had to go to bed, so I sent them a friend request and they immediately accepted. I said Bye! And went to bed. They were my first PT friend since I am still pretty new.

I hate when I’m afk and people comes and either sits by me or try talking to me (even if I have my settings set to away or busy). It’s set like that for a reason, it’s annoying and uncomfortable to look back at the game with a random stranger trying to talk to you. 1. giving people random items is fine. as long as they are not holding a item. 2. also, i might find a list of other rules, here are the current ones: 1. don't randomly sneeze on people, it could annoy them. 2. if someone is sad, leave them alone, unless you want to cheer them up. 3. if someone is roleplaying don't bother them 4. don't ask to roleplay with random people who are hanging out. 5., spamming is fine as long as you are not annoying/distracting someone. dont spam too much though cause it could kick you and mute you for 1 day.

I just started playing this game. Someone did something SUPER annoying today. So I was trying to find the gift pile (or it could have been main harbor I don't remember lol) and someone decided to sit RIGHT IN FRONT of the signs, and to top it all off, I couldn't ask them to move because it said they were away. Lol. Very rude, because they were blocking the sign that told you which direction it was, so I was still lost.
I've been playing pony town for a LONG time, like back when the map was just flatness and you could modify the ground on the main island (which was the only island btw), pick up apples, and that was about it, and over the years people in this game have just gotten way too sensitive, and such a thing has ruined this game for me and I now find myself playing less and less. I remember a time where you could just go up to someone and boop them, they would boop back, you would boop back, they would boop back again, and so on because people know that this was a game. And if people didn't want you booping them, they would say it and whatever. Multiple times I would boop someone (who doesn't have TT in their name btw, I still respect those boundaries to the best I can) and multiple times I was get complete shat on for being a monster to society because I fucking booped someone in a damn pony game. Also a few times I have just walked and stopped near someone (Key word is "near", never directly in front) to look at something that's caught my attention either on my other monitor or away from my computer, then said someone would just throw a huge fit because my avatar in a "virtual pony game" is near their avatar in a "virtual pony game". That's when I think it becomes a bit too much. Luckily this doesn't happen all to much anywhere, but there are certain fandom areas where this dumb shit is commonly present. Respect people's boundaries, but also don't expect that you deserve everything to follow your rules. This is an online interactive basically virtual (or visual idfk) chat room, not real life. Some people treat this as if it's the real world or virtual reality where such things are atleast understandable to be upset about. Another thing that happens often is I'm just talking to a friend and I bring up the word, for example, "abuse" (context being video game techniques and stuff for this example) and someone walks up to us and tells me "can you censor that word, it's my trigger", and of course I reply with a simple "No" and I get shat on for saying that. Like you're not in my conversation group, please go away. The moral of this is that you should respect peoples boundaries, but also those people should realize that this is a game that's nothing like VR, don't take EVERYTHING too seriously and do know that not everyone is you or understands you. There is a hide button, use it if you feel the slightest uncomf about what someone is saying or doing, don't make a scene, and def do not bother me when I'm talking to people and not you. (Do keep in mind, I do censor sensitive topics or go to pms when such happens, but sometimes people still get heartbroken over words regardless of context.)

yeah, a lot of people seem to make a big fuss over things in this game, which i can understand to an extent if they're like angry in the moment or have social issues (i am guilty of it myself sometimes), but i don't get why people don't just utilise the block and chat filter functions. they're there for a reason. even when i get pissed at someone ingame, i still hide them and take a break for a bit, and i have plenty of stuff in my chat filters if i don't like seeing someone say something. they're tools that you can freely use to filter your online experience and i don't get why people don't just... use them. boundaries are important to respect online! but also the blocking features are _right_ there!! use them!!
yes man you're right it's really rude to rate other people's OCs I made a cat character and there was a long queue I joined the queue and it was my turn but the rater was a bit rude I waited that long and tried for the character but it gave me 5.1 :(
i usually hang around the eddsworld area, but when that area dies i usually go around and give flowers to people who have skins that i like, and i cant tell you how many times i've accidently sent friend requests to people and overthought it
Aw That's nice I don't really explore the main map much actually, so I don't know about the "areas" much, I just usually go to the docks( aka the party/roleplay place), zoom out so that I can see the entire area, open up chat and wait until I see a good rp that I'd like to try, usually I hide behind the sail on the boat so that ppl don't bother me

This is why my friends list an party invites are turned off, I get that you think my oc is cute or whatever I’ll take compliments but I don’t like getting friends requests by people i don’t know, and the horn flashing, if ya must do that, go to party island or away from everyone, that’s what I do, And yes for a map that’s huge, I don’t understand why everyone has to pile up an claim spaces on the map, we all have a favorite place to sit but there’s no need to cause a fight over that one spot when the map is freakin huge.
what's the worst case scenario of that? im mostly on the pg server which is pretty chill about who sits where regardless of the locations on the fandom map, at most saying "hey, you DO know this is the ______ fandom place right?" or "is that an Fan oc?" but never any fighting/arguing
theres some that name themselfves as "if i give you ____ then i like your character" and go arround giving stuff to others and i barely see them getting angry , i think is a good option if you dont want to use crowns

Regiment edition! *If the match stops when you start following them and asks you to stop, do not follow *Never join marches/patrols in the middle - Go to the end or wait for the march to pass you to join *If possible (if you meet them when they're lining up and not moving yet) ask the leader if they accept spectators, if they specifically say no, do not follow them *If you see that part of the march has a different nickname - usually people in the end of the line will have "TT" or a specific emote at the end of their nick - keep about the same, or more of a distance that they keep from one another. They will get mad at you otherwise. (This point was edited because I no longer agree with the premise) *They are not allowed to talk of party chat during patrols - Do not mock them for it or try to break them (like those British whatevertheyrecalled with massive black fluffy hats), if you wanna find out something about the regi or a specific person for the love of god whisper and do not give away that you're conversing with them by sitting close or gesturing at them *Regiments usually advertise in the docks, but if you meet them during a march or a patrol and really wanna join them: a) Follow them (respecting previous rules) until they stop, if there's no one from the regi there, the person in the front assigning them places is the leader, if there are already people from the regi there, they're just playing that game (when they make teams and they're assigned tasks like grab grapes at the party island and give them to someone at docks), in which case you may want to ask in public chat who the leader is b) Keep the player profile open of the person in the very front, because they may go to the party island, and if they do, without player profile open you cannot contact them anymore c) When they've stopped and you know the leader, whisper the leader about joining and try to be polite because they aren't supposed to recruit during the patrols so they may be a little upset *If you somehow lose them, your only option is going to the docks a lot, at different times and days, and seeing if they are advertising ^^
I’m not someone in a regiment but from what I have seen when they are marching is that if you do see one that you want to join you can follow them but keep a distance (just in case for rule sake and TT aka touch trigger sake) and once they are done you can ask the owner or whoever is hosting the march if you can join.

Another reason to not cover people up is because some people have TT or TD (Touch trigger and Touch discomfort) It basically means they dont like or dont want to be touched it makes them uncomfy too. Its usually in their names too!
For the one to never cover objects, I agree very much. I have an oc that works at the cafe near spawn. And when ppl cover up the food items someone else asks for? It's annoying although, sometimes they move.
My main oc ain't too "eye bleeding", and the best character has dark/dull colours also I'm terrible at making characters. Also ppl make ocs that are meant to cover others, but they actually ask if the person wants to be covered, or others ask then to be covered

I can’t understand how someone could have “TT” on a pixel pony game. Pixels touching other pixels doesn’t count as touching someone irl. Also I’m pretty sure only 2% of players claiming they have a TT are actally legit.

I get so many random friend requests and they’re super annoying. I’ll ignore it, but then they just keep resending it. If I ignore it, STOP SPAMMING ME FRIEND REQUESTS! Another thing is DO NOT copy other people’s skins! Some say do not copy, but even if it doesn’t say that, someone spent a lot of time and effort on it. I think raids or cosplays or jokes are fine, but only if it’s mutual and everyone is having fun.

If they do it enough times you can try to hide them but also if they are rejected enough the game will temporarily disable sending friend requests for them I believe
I have invited my friend but, hes on limit, while my Indonesian friend should be the leader, he lock it, hes such a fake friend, only want the leader of my friendship party, he also offline for few days, like he doesn't want to promote my bro or me to leader, so we leave the party, my plan is when my Indonesian friend joined, i told her to join my party instead

Reading all these comments remind me of the time when, I was using a Nagito Komaeda cosplay (a graphic novel ki//ing game, game) and there was another person who was cosplaying the same character, I don't remember the context much, but they said something like "Nagito has tail?" I remember them not having the best grammer, and I replied, half jokingly, "Yes" I don't quite remember what they had replied, but they were denying what I had said, it's not the deep of a story or anything, but, because of that small interaction almost none of my cosplays have a have tail unless the character has a tail in canon, and tbh I'm only just now starting to add them, I haven't made much cosplays as if late though, but that small interaction will always be in the back of my head, even if they were joking,

One thing I've encountered is people getting mad at me for not responding when I have the 'away' or 'busy' mark on. I tend to turn it on if I'm in a statue skin (I do this while drawing) or while I go to tab out and switch music and the amount of times I've come back to people being mad at me for not responding is ridiculous.

I just started playing this game. Someone did something SUPER annoying today. So I was trying to find the gift pile (or it could have been main harbor I don't remember lol) and someone decided to sit RIGHT IN FRONT of the signs, and to top it all off, I couldn't ask them to move because it said they were away. Lol. Very rude, because they were blocking the sign that told you which direction it was, so I was still lost.
There's lots of signs so if that ever happens again follow the dirt paths and you'll find your way around

I've been playing pony town for a LONG time, like back when the map was just flatness and you could modify the ground on the main island (which was the only island btw), pick up apples, and that was about it, and over the years people in this game have just gotten way too sensitive, and such a thing has ruined this game for me and I now find myself playing less and less. I remember a time where you could just go up to someone and boop them, they would boop back, you would boop back, they would boop back again, and so on because people know that this was a game. And if people didn't want you booping them, they would say it and whatever. Multiple times I would boop someone (who doesn't have TT in their name btw, I still respect those boundaries to the best I can) and multiple times I was get complete shat on for being a monster to society because I fucking booped someone in a damn pony game. Also a few times I have just walked and stopped near someone (Key word is "near", never directly in front) to look at something that's caught my attention either on my other monitor or away from my computer, then said someone would just throw a huge fit because my avatar in a "virtual pony game" is near their avatar in a "virtual pony game". That's when I think it becomes a bit too much. Luckily this doesn't happen all to much anywhere, but there are certain fandom areas where this dumb shit is commonly present. Respect people's boundaries, but also don't expect that you deserve everything to follow your rules. This is an online interactive basically virtual (or visual idfk) chat room, not real life. Some people treat this as if it's the real world or virtual reality where such things are atleast understandable to be upset about. Another thing that happens often is I'm just talking to a friend and I bring up the word, for example, "abuse" (context being video game techniques and stuff for this example) and someone walks up to us and tells me "can you censor that word, it's my trigger", and of course I reply with a simple "No" and I get shat on for saying that. Like you're not in my conversation group, please go away. The moral of this is that you should respect peoples boundaries, but also those people should realize that this is a game that's nothing like VR, don't take EVERYTHING too seriously and do know that not everyone is you or understands you. There is a hide button, use it if you feel the slightest uncomf about what someone is saying or doing, don't make a scene, and def do not bother me when I'm talking to people and not you. (Do keep in mind, I do censor sensitive topics or go to pms when such happens, but sometimes people still get heartbroken over words regardless of context.)

yeah, a lot of people seem to make a big fuss over things in this game, which i can understand to an extent if they're like angry in the moment or have social issues (i am guilty of it myself sometimes), but i don't get why people don't just utilise the block and chat filter functions. they're there for a reason. even when i get pissed at someone ingame, i still hide them and take a break for a bit, and i have plenty of stuff in my chat filters if i don't like seeing someone say something. they're tools that you can freely use to filter your online experience and i don't get why people don't just... use them. boundaries are important to respect online! but also the blocking features are _right_ there!! use them!!

what's the worst case scenario of that? im mostly on the pg server which is pretty chill about who sits where regardless of the locations on the fandom map, at most saying "hey, you DO know this is the ______ fandom place right?" or "is that an Fan oc?" but never any fighting/arguing

*If the match stops when you start following them and asks you to stop, do not follow
*Never join marches/patrols in the middle - Go to the end or wait for the march to pass you to join
*If possible (if you meet them when they're lining up and not moving yet) ask the leader if they accept spectators, if they specifically say no, do not follow them
*If you see that part of the march has a different nickname - usually people in the end of the line will have "TT" or a specific emote at the end of their nick - keep about the same, or more of a distance that they keep from one another. They will get mad at you otherwise.
(This point was edited because I no longer agree with the premise)
*They are not allowed to talk of party chat during patrols - Do not mock them for it or try to break them (like those British whatevertheyrecalled with massive black fluffy hats), if you wanna find out something about the regi or a specific person for the love of god whisper and do not give away that you're conversing with them by sitting close or gesturing at them
*Regiments usually advertise in the docks, but if you meet them during a march or a patrol and really wanna join them:
a) Follow them (respecting previous rules) until they stop, if there's no one from the regi there, the person in the front assigning them places is the leader, if there are already people from the regi there, they're just playing that game (when they make teams and they're assigned tasks like grab grapes at the party island and give them to someone at docks), in which case you may want to ask in public chat who the leader is
b) Keep the player profile open of the person in the very front, because they may go to the party island, and if they do, without player profile open you cannot contact them anymore
c) When they've stopped and you know the leader, whisper the leader about joining and try to be polite because they aren't supposed to recruit during the patrols so they may be a little upset
*If you somehow lose them, your only option is going to the docks a lot, at different times and days, and seeing if they are advertising

I’m not someone in a regiment but from what I have seen when they are marching is that if you do see one that you want to join you can follow them but keep a distance (just in case for rule sake and TT aka touch trigger sake) and once they are done you can ask the owner or whoever is hosting the march if you can join.

Another thing is DO NOT copy other people’s skins! Some say do not copy, but even if it doesn’t say that, someone spent a lot of time and effort on it. I think raids or cosplays or jokes are fine, but only if it’s mutual and everyone is having fun.

Bright characters aren't what i was saying. I was talking about characters that are random mix of very bright neon colors that have been created with being eyebleeding
@@dannyballsub Yeah but still, especially with younger kids who tend to prefer neons, I don't really think it's an inherently bad thing? Like might look ugly but if they like it then they like it
You still dont quite get what i mean by eyebleeding characters. These characters are created solely for the purpose of hurting peoples eyes and in some cases causing seziures.

Happened a few days ago, I pulled out an oc with black skin and neon outlines, got scolded for it, changed the outline color to something more subtle
I hate it when like I just wanna be alone and I have it all in my name and stuff, and people just come over and start booping and either asking "are you ok" (which is nice but I wanna be alone :'D) or just start being rude. Especially when I'm like hiding behind a tree or smth
