Why is the second question B. parsimony?

Parsimony is the idea of ruling out the simplest explanation first. After watching the Lion King, it is normal for a child to act like a Lion. It does not mean, with the information given, that the child will continue to act like a Lion as a new behavior that will exhibited down the road.
