- One of my first ever mods for Xenoverse 2 finally makes a comeback! This is the Bio-Android/Cell Race Mod which replaces the Namekian Race in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.
It's a full replacement mod which changes the moveset, models, and even adds a few new skills exclusive to the race. In this video I show the Character Creation of the Race, as well as the Intro Cutscene of the game.
NOTE: Nothing in this video is the Final Version, and stuff are destined to change if I see the need for it! I've already noticed essentially every issue that's shown in this video, so try and keep the comments about errors to a minimum!

Wow. If only the Developers of DBX2 put so much attention to details to races like you did. I want that race now.
Imagine having a quest that lets you become an *android species* which changes into another depending on your race.
Think about a quest line to get augmented to enhance your powers as cybernetics (its irreversable to avoid conflicts; but if they can find a way to makes race swap a thing, it should be reversable) and you get a small unique race quest line to the result:
Earthlings - Cyborgs (Like C17, c18, c19, etc.. dubbed overseas as androids)
Namekians - Bio-android (Cell like in the video)
Majin - Majin Form Androids (Like android 21)
Frieza Race - Metal Cooler/Cyborg Frieza race (one being a customisation option)
The only race that I can't think of an android form for is saiyans. But considering they have so many forms already it kind of balances it out and encourages trying a new race. You could merge Saiyans with earthlings but that would make earthlings less special.
Benefits from Augmentation: Cannot sense Ki as easy (So pretty much sensing/scouter won't show them), gradual regeneration of Ki and Health (but cannot use charge ki moves), able to reduce ki consumption by 1-2 bars for any attack.
Wow, this is really amazing, I’m excited to actually see this! I’m curious, have you got any plans for transformations?
At the moment I have a few concepts for Transformation Skills, but it's too early in the mod to decide if I'll even make one.

Bro I would love to have this in Xenoverse 3. No race in XV2 can use First Form Cell’s Life Absorption skill but, if they add a bio-Android race to XV3 then that move would be exclusively to them. I would love to use that move without having to use First Form Cell’s weak ass.
with both androids and biodroid being so popular, im surprised they didn't add android and biodroid race into xenoverse. would be an interesting class for them to add. I also add different style feet for biodroid as while I did like imperfect cell form didn't care for his freiza like feet. Also add female and male design as some nice female designs of all cells forms over years.

*Xenoverse 3 new race changes* : Kaioshin, demonic, android + bio-android.
*New customisation for older races* : Skinning type for majins, all races have taller and shorter options, new hair and body types (such as skinny, skinny buff, normal, normal buff, strong, strong buff and pudgy).
*Frieza race* : will now have customisable tails as *Majins* will have more custom choices for steam holes.
*New transformations for older racers* (excluding existing) :
Transformations 1-3 for specific races. *Freiza race* 2nd form, 3rd, final, 5th coora.
*Namekians* Potential Maxed, Super Namekian, king piccolo powered (with the viens on the forehead), Great Namekian(not to be confused with giant namekian.
*Earthlings* will have powered up, crane school style, turtle school style, tournament powered (krillins new form in the universal arc), most forms will come with new aura and stances for humans.
*Majin* will get Skinny form, absorbed form (with the forehead and upper body) and Majin Android form.
*Saiyans and Earthlings* will get Great Ape transformation but will require a tail accessory to use it.
*Gameplay fixes* : Better Netcode.
Rankings will be wiped after every 2 months (rewards will stay though) to let others take the spotlight.
in-game cutscenes will play out in a window and will NOT interrupt gameplay actions like skills or transformations.
Timers for quests will be paused when a conversation takes place that cannot be skipped; however enemies will stop fighting when their Health gets as low as it can get (if they are made invulnerable for story reasons) or if required for story elements like transforming.
A.i. coding will be updated for difficulty so bots will have more chance to use other fighting tatics the higher they go up; all choices are still avaliable but higher levels will go for more unique combos. transformations included; if allies are hurt, max a.i. setting will attack to knock you away first before healing ally.
*Event additions* : New world affecting events will happen as a chance besides frieza. Cooler will invade with his big geti star, this will play similar but with metal coolers. Your score will be determined by how many coolers you beat.
The great Truffle Takeover: Baby will attempt his chance to take over, controlling the minds of many characters to fight you (in villian mode) and will keep fighting until the finale, where he will open up a new rift that will finish the event with a baby vegeta battle.
Zamasu's purification: Zamasu will annouce his distaste for your work and will appear randomly in conton city skies; you will be challenged to fight him and deal damage to an ever regenerating enemy. If you survive your damage dealt will be recorded for rankings.
Kale and Caulifla's Challenge: This can happen randomly from an annoucement, when you finish hearing it; Kefla will randomly appear in conton city without a marker, if you find her and beat her you can get a chance for a cool reward.
*Minor fixes* :
Wigs will now transform when you do; eg. goku wig will stand up in kaioken or go yellow for super saiyan, same as hercules wig.
Minor costume fixes such as the frieza and knig cold costumes now having 3 toes for all races that wear then and for the frieza race, will paint their tail.
I would love to have the option to having an actual tail as a Saiyan. That way we could have SSJ4 as an actual transformation, granted if you choose not to have a tail, it would be locked you out of it, but you could have the god forms instead.
@@dustinw115 Nice idea. I like to imagine character transformations getting their own tree where you need to unlock certain forms prior to unlock the next; with branching options that lock out other forms.
However you can remove and add points whenever you want, it's just so you can't so say... ssj4 god blue or something weird.
Also an idea to add onto that could be that if you select only a prior form, like say super saiyan only, you'll get a more powerful form for it (With unique animations), a sort of "First Time Super Saiyan" form.
This would mean that you could go toe-to-toe with a ssj4 since you're in a mastered state of a prior form and have less forms to go through :D

I'm curious what would happen if one were to export it with cac2x2m. And then curious again what would happen if one uninstalled it so that Namekians were usable again. I'll have to test this when it gets dropped.
I haven't done a CAC2X2M in a while, but I believe it will create new files based on that CAC, so if you were to uninstall the Bio-Android Race Mod, your CAC-x2m is unchanged.

this is such a cool idea.
Maybe if they were to add something like this in xv3, they could make it an unlockable race, such as if you beat the game with a saiyan, namekian and freeza race guy, and make it so that you have to beat the game with an "android" race too. To avoid it being too OP in online mode, it gets nerfed online but is OP in 1 player mode.
A super buu race would be nice, same deal, beat the game with a human, a majin and so on and maybe challange a tough boss gauntlet, I'd love to make a super majin based on super buu, instead of fat buu for the male majins.

I really hope for this mod as soon as possible!! I was recommended this and I absolutely enjoy every aspect. I can't wait to see the complete project and need this in my life, and with it's transformed states.
They should give namekian ear options and saiyan hair options with this because maybe I want my cell to have elfish ears and hair

I feel like there should be an option (perhaps in place of the gender choices) to choose between first, second and third forms. super super super cool mod though. I've always wanted a bio android species for XV3.
I can't add Gender Choices as this replaces the Namekian Race, which has only 1 Gender.
I will however include the option of Semi-Perfect and Perfect Form Inspired Faces, tho they'll be keeping the part in the back for combatibilty sake. I might also add a Full Power/Perfect Form Transformation of some sort, unless I've already sent the project over to Leon Exodio and Calikingz to finish (in which case it's their choice if they want to add a Transformation)
Note: Turn Giant won't be working with the Race anymore due to a weird crash that I can't seem to get rid of, so that skill will be permanently locked, unless Leon and Cali figure out how to fix it.
