Thanks for this Joey Sensei! I'm currently preparing my Demo Lesson plan loosely based on your video last year. I was initially planning to insert some Japanese terms/translations in my demo lesson, but I'm starting to hesitate because of your tip about not speaking Japanese with the students. Despite this hesitation, I might still push thru with my plan and just use English more than Japanese during the demo lesson. By the way, do the interviewers give feedback regarding your demo lesson after? Thanks again for this insightful video!

Pero kesa tumulala ako kakahintay, better to prepare for the demo and the interview na. ^_^ Sabi rin kasi ng friend ko na current ALT sa JET, nung nareceive nya yung email, 4 days lang interview na, so kinailangan nyang irush yung mga demo lesson nya and prepare for the interview. Kahit papaano may advantage sya kasi English teacher talaga sya dito sa Pinas. Eh hindi naman ako educ major and hindi rin extensive yung teaching experience ko, so to get more advantage, whether I get the email or not, I think mas maganda na maprepare ko na rin yung lesson plan. :) Good luck sa atin and happy new year!
I just watched a video of an American JET. He recorded it in early 90s, where he showed his funny teaching style. He shared it on YT. Maybe he asked permission.
