Already Judiciary is seized with the matters and court directed to issue arrest warrents to IBA, UFBU leaders and even the DFS. Beside Stay order in commencing 12th BPS negotiation also issued till 11th BPS residual issues are not settled.

In resolution no.3 ,the date of demand for 100 percent D A nutralisation is erroneously quoted as prior to Nov. 2022 instead of Nov.2002.
