Anyways Here is a recipe for tandoori chicken especially for Nehaal :
Ingredients:
* 1 cup plain yogurt
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
* 1 tablespoon garam masala
* 1 tablespoon ground cumin
* 1 tablespoon ground coriander
* 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
* 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or up to overnight.
4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is slightly charred.
8. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
Tips:
* If you don't have a grill, you can cook the chicken in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
* For a more authentic flavor, you can grill the chicken over a hot charcoal grill.
* To make the marinade ahead of time, combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
* When you're ready to cook the chicken, remove it from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling or baking.
* Serve the chicken with your favorite sides, such as rice, naan bread, or salad.
