I was thinking I may have gotten this after upgrading my mobo and 12th gen chip. Thinking it was getting too hot and crashing. I just bought the power supply to see if this fixes the issue. If not I got a microatx case instead of issuing my itx case that I have. So I'll keep everyone posted.
I’m having the black screen issue as well with the games I play such as Capp of Duty, Diablo IV, Arena Breakout Infinite and so on. The issue happens at the start of the game launch. I’ve already done like you said at the start, new drivers, windows update etc and no fix. It only happens when I launch games, does not happen when I’m on desktop at all. Any suggestions?
my game does this too,but only when im in character select. in any game i play it goes black in character select, play fine when im not. cant find any fix on it
I just got that too when i open a heavy game title the screen just go no signal and my pc still on i hv i3 10100 and rtx 2060super do u think i should buy a new power supply ? Mine is 550w
I think 550w should be good enough for the RTX 2060 since that's the minimum required. I'd start by dusting thoroughly with a compressed air can to all components, especially the GPU. Check both PSU/gpu connectors at both ends it could be a pin burnt out. If the cables are in good condition, I'd swap the PSU with a friend if possible.
@@deathstroke4897 I haven't had any issues since then but I haven't been gaming for a while. I use Davinci Resolved a few hours a week but I don't think it's enough to put stress on my GPU. I'll do some gaming and update you later.
@@deathstroke4897 I have played a game about 3 hours per day, past two days. I had OBS recording for over 3.5 hours and it was flawless with no issues or bottlenecking. I had the graphics settings on ultra
Sounds like your CPU/GPU might be heating up, most likely your CPU. I would troubleshoot this first by downloading a monitoring program and run it while gaming, you should see your CPU/GPU temps.
Thanks so much for this Video, I started getting the same problem recently and I was worried it was my graphic card.
Glad it helped. Were you able to fix your problem?
thank you a lot, my games work properly now.👍👍
Glad to hear that

I hope this fixes the issue for you.

Try replacing the GPU cables. If your PSU has multiple GPU ports, use a different one.
@@danielalonso8567 I will try this, thank you

I just don't have much to go with here, but try changing your game refresh rate.
