We have one of these, use it most days and what impresses me is that it is very economical on line, Not constantly breaking like the other trimmers I've used (Stihl, Ryobi, Honda). Must be the design of the exit hole in the head. First reel lasted about 200 sessions.

I have one of these not a bad unit and does the job of my small front and backyard here's my input on it for anyone else that come across this video.
At 2:00 if you notice on the other side there is a hole that you can push out with a screw driver and a hammer to "mod" it for double line.
What comes out is a small metallic button. I used a drill that was small enough make a hole just big enough to fit another line through it without breaking the button and slotted it back in.
I feel without the button the plastic could bend and warp from use as the 1st line has a metal shield around the plastic where the line feeds through.
Now some bump heads on other brands have a separator for two line or a hole to have two separate lines going.
However undoing the line that came with the unit and cutting it half, re-doing the line on the bump head carefully without twisting the lines up on the same bump head I was able to achieve two lines without any issues (10 minute job)
Been going strong for the last 6 months - possible annoyance is that without the separator one might have two manually open the bottom to pull the two strings for length which isn't a major issue
Having two 2.0Ah batteries is definitely not enough juice. I was near the end of the tiny front before it started to die.
Lucky for me I had two 4.0Ah batteries from my other Ozito tools. It does make it heavy over the course of usage but nothing to cry about.
I wish this unit was like the 18v grass trimmer where the shaft was adjustable depending on your height but other than that the unit is fantastic!!!

You were cutting grass that you would use a mower to do, so it performs really well. I just need one for edging and awkward places so it would suit me fine.

Try using it for more than 15 min and you'll feel soreness in the hand that grasps the power button. I wished there was a lock button to keep it going without needing to apply pressure to the power button. I've got a petrol grass cutter that has that kind of switch.
