This is just an issue with the presentation skills of the speaker and nothing to do with the theoretical content, but the part about being "wrong" when describing the first Hanzi we see is in itself, wrong. Because of his vague instructions, even a person born and raised in China, Japan, or any other country where text is traditionally (but not always) read from right to left vertically, would misinterpret him. Just wanted to share some constructive input. Cheers for sharing the presentation.
