I have a question which sonic media, including like games and TV and anime do you think nails, his personality best like everything about sonic best like from like a top 10 or something from least to best

I don't know to be honest. I've never analyzed his character like that. If I had to say my personal favorite interpretation of him though, I'd probably say Unleashed. It's a nice balance between mature and cocky.
