I agree with the people who say they have bad technique how about when the ball is coming to u on the ground the u put either your lest or right knee side ways on the ground making sure that the ball doesn't go under ur legs but instead they hit ur knees try it

i went to training on Monday and tried technique i think the technique is about 50%/50% it helps top corner shots though but if ball is low don't dive backwards
