If you go up to between +50% and +60% Turret damage, the beast WILL kill things. So for me "scalable machine learning" and "modular integration" was always a no brainer. And although you're right about cooldown reduction on your coils, in my eyes 20% radius and duration is the sweet spot of usefullness. The worst case of the heavy tower is: "doing nothing for a long time -> blowing 5k damage into a popper -> doing nothing for a long time". And while that's not the most common scenario, it's a possible one... and if it happens, I'd rather be a Phalanx for several seconds. Without "penetrating" or "+dmg to armor", this turret replacement will collect dust in my inventory. But that's just my view on the Technician. There is nothing wrong with your build and i really think it is totally viable. I might give it a try, but it's hard to give up perks you're used to. And YES!!! The Type 95 Combat Pistol fits my style so well... it's almost like i was born with this baby in my hand. If you go "John Wick" the Kramer Pistol would serve you better, but i tend to go "Neo/Matrix" so the Type 95 will always be my first choice 🥰 And somehow, no other weapon gives me that easy time to put up yellow damage numbers, so "slide compensator", "tactical mag" and "hybrid sight" never failed for me. Anyway... thank you for the Video, i always enjoy a bit of theory crafting 👍 And this gem of a game needs every bit of attention, so keep up the good work!
I run a stun turret, the turret/gun stagger standalone fast recharge coils, hyperlocal, and a bunch of CQW perks for weakpoint to make the most of a tanker muzzle zadak. I am a one man traffic jam.

I'm SO "two thousand and late" here but I can't wait to try this build! I've grown to like the Eva laser if I'm using the particle turret but 95 combat pistol hardly ever does one wrong!
So the Force Multiplier II is not in my inventory, nor is it available for the armory for purchase. Did i arrive late to the party and a "Nerf" took place at some point?

From my testing it doesn't seem like it. But it works in the strange way everything else does in the sense that adding more % increase just effects your base. In other words it's not exactly cumulative
i would personaly like to see a "meelee" class ... like a combat powersuit (like riply was using in aliens) with a meelee slot and a havy slot XD

Just started playing the game yesterday and I’ve already seen the charm of the Vol.
Outstanding build. I was struggling before as my turret was not as effective. I also hadn’t tried that hand cannon. A+

I can't find Force Multipler II.
Isn't the cap for perk buffs 40%? So with a 60% increase, you're losing 20% where you could be using other perks. Correct me if I'm wrong.
