Jacob and his entire family are the nicest scary dudes ever 😂
Pretty much how most Samoan & Tongans are. They'll give you the shirt off their back, but piss them off & they'll tear your back off along with the shirt they gave you.
I thought the same thing, rikishi is one of the only ones from that family that you can see the family through him when he was on tv, and ironically, the son that looks the most like him ends up being one of the biggest heels today 😂
Samoans as a whole are people not to be messed with. Literally the entire family will walk up to you if needed 😂
That’s how it is for all Samoans they are the nicest people you’ll ever meet but DO NOT get on their bad side
Met Solo a few months ago & damn thought he was gonna kill me for asking for a picture. As I asked mentioned meeting his dad a decade ago & wanting those photos together & he was cool taking one. Met Tama Tonga that night & he was complete opposite. Wanting to take pictures & sign for everyone that asked. I’ve met Reigns also only one that gave that vibe though was Solo
Umaga and Lashley had a great physical shoot style feud! Rest in power Umaga! You were definitely a fearsome gladiator! 🙏🏽👑
I watched that feud from top to bottom one of my favorites from that time. They didn’t do a lot of flashy moves just explosive brawling from week to week!
@youngreece864 lasley jumping through the cage is legendary. And umaga has the best pop up samoan drop ive ever seen. Those 2 along with finley really made those matches look like fights.
That rivalry between both was great it's mine and one my youngest nephews favorite part of WWE.
When lashley broke the cage that was cool🎉
One of the greatest fueds ive seen
I keep saying Umaga was highly underrated. The man was Mac truck that moved like a running back.
I was a huge fan.
RIP Umaga..
I’m sure he was a running back earlier in life so nothing shocks me about that
Every single move that man did looked like he would legitimately kill you by doing it
@@jaybarbieri8619 fact!
@@WhoIzHee even if he wasn’t it. Umaga is in my top 2-3 most agile and fastest big man in the history of the sport. He maybe the fastest. Bam Bam Bigelow was agile. But didn’t have his speed. Umaga flied almost like a cruiser weight when he did a splash.
He slammed Steve o so hard he couldn't breathe yes I agree dude was strong
Umaga and Jeff Hardy had a tuff ass rivalry 🔥🔥🔥💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
That man Jeff was running along the barricades, jumping off to crash into Umaga
They were making magic for 9-10 year old me
That falls count anywhere match 🔥🔥
@@NemaViews i need to rewatch it, man
matches like those hold up, and ill probably feel like a kid again watching it
That was my first wrestling match I got back in to watching wrestling when I was 9. The match was epic and I remember rooting and cheering for Jeff
Facts, and he even worked with him too when umaga was wrestling as Jamal for 3 minute warning. You should check out Jeff hardy and the Dudley boyz vs 3 minute warning and Rico at survivor series 2002. It’s such a great match
That broke my heart when Umaga died in 09 because he had so much talent and was a great guy from what I read.
And did coke
@@billsteward7306 some guys drink some do coke rip umaga
@@billsteward7306OMG!!!!!
@billsteward7306 Obviously, doing coke makes you not a good person, apparently.
@@billsteward7306ok?
Jacob and his entire family are the nicest scary dudes ever😂😂😂😂
Umaga's not dead. The way we talk about him keeps him more alive than ever.
And when Zilla Fatu debuts his old man will be smiling down on him with pride.
@@nicholasfetherston4615 YOU BETCHA HE WILL
Psyched Fatu got signed to WWE. Had the honor to see him live TWICE in MLW at the ECW arena.
This is confirmed??
@@reggiesmith6196 yessir!!
Hyped for this, especially now that the Bloodline is on this new level.
If the bloodline stays together they gonna be unstoppable
Jake in the bloodline is gonna be Great
Such a good question and answer. I loved Umaga. As soon as he would hit the ring i was like oh shit here comes the monster. Watching him rip through other wrestlers and have so many good long form matches too boot. Rip
I loved umaga he was so good I’ll never forget his match with John Cena
@@Liverpoolgoats792 ehh but he wrestled a whole lot better wrestlers then John cena back in the day and his gimic and name was better Jamal was an enforcer in 99 and early 2000s
@@THUGNIFICENT666he gave cena his best match at the time. I think cena fought hbk at wm 2 months later so that was pretty short lived 😂
You meant here comes the "samoan bulldozer" Uuuuummmmaaagggaaa!!! 😂 *(RIP)
I liked how Armando Estrada said his name 😅
Jacob Fatu, the way he talks, walks, does everything man, dudes so fuckinh cool
Umaga is so underrated he’s one of the few wrestlers that actually scared me and he was super talented.
Should've been wwe champion
very true. as a kid i was terrified of him
Yes, he was intense
Umaga was destroying all my favs back then especially Jeff he use to pack him up so bad 😂 rip man was ahead of his time
Yo deadass
Loved Umaga. A legit menace.
Tbh wwe couldn't handle his intensity
Jacob fatu says he’s wrestled legends and instead of naming cena or other wwe guys he named muta he’s knowledgeable asf
Jacob has the skills to be 5 star main eventer. I hope they don't limit his move set and allow him to hit full potential
Mid card to jobber
@@Big_talks. How's that working out so far?
Probably just as well as the other "mid card to jobbers" the IWC refuses to acknowledge that end up carrying companies, I'm sure.
JACOB COULD BE THE BEST OF ALL TIME IF THEY USE HIM RIGHT
You can tell Jacob is a cool ass down to earth dude. He plays his heel part well.
My favorite IC title is the 2000’s one mainly bc of how cool umaga looked coming down the ramp with the thing in his teeth, so ahead of his time it hurts he was the perfect monster heel
Let's go dig it out
@@ghostsamongus3370 I don’t think Samoan spirits are the right ones to disturb you on your own there😂💯
@@tjjeffrey9965they're really not lol. Samoan lore and folktales are fucking crazy too so you can probably only imagine lmaoo 😂
@@tjjeffrey9965AAYYY YA DAMN RIGHT! 😂 WE aint fucking no LIVE OR DEAD island people! All the islands, don’t give a fuck. You can, not me bruda
Everyone at least 27 will agree
I miss him so much. God rest his soul. What a good man
Made that belt even more legendary
It's been robbed
I feel like you can never separate Umaga's character from his personality as a person especially if you are a family member
Please go back and watch the John Cena/Umaga Feud.
Absolute burners. Jacob said it best, he was ahead of his time!
Friend of mine goes to the gym Jacob trains at sometimes. He said Jacob is hands down one of the nicest dudes he's ever met. Very humble, polite and friendly.
Jacob Fatu is a straight G. Umaga was a beast of beasts. He was ahead of his time.
Umaga stood out to me as Jamal from 3 minute warning. They were a great team
Umaga will always remain my favourite wrestler. RIP
Polynesians ..thank you so so much for your contributions to wrestling yall are some beasts and some good people ..thank you for real ❤
Umaga Was A True Warrior And Had Amazing Wrestling Skills And A Great Family Man ❤️💯❤️💯❤️💯❤️ Love & Respect Brother ❤️💯❤️ Rest In Peace ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Umaga eas 100% underrated the power and speed he had was unmatched and i cant wait for the day zilla gets signed
For all that Umaga gave the business, the best thing that he gave is his legacy through his children. Thank you, RIP!
dawg i painted my face like him, EVERY TIME i went on my trampoline. was a great dude, man 🕊️✍️
Aye Pensacola,FL is home to their family hated playing football against them though.
Umaga need to be put in the hall of fame.
Jacob just sounds like a cool ass dude.
Umaga underrated I miss seeing him work
So much love. ❤️
Umaga went too soon. 😭
I already liked Jacob because of his in ring skill. I had never saw him before he came to WWE. He is incredibly talented, but I like him more and more every time i see in an interview. Such a nice down to earth dude. And really most of their family is like that. Says a lot about their heritage and how they raise their village. They are special and deserve everything that they are getting 👆🏾
Umaga was just so vibrant and so fresh in a lot of ways. He didn’t get the flowers he truly deserved. R.I.P. Eddie 💪🏽🙏🏽
As a Pensacola native it has been really awesome to see all of these Samoans come up and get their shot on the big stage. Much love to all the Pensacola wresting fam including Michael Hayes, Roman, the USOs, Umaga, Samu, Rikishi ❤
I hope he get to be champion and have a good story he talk very well and got good personality
Umaga was a super heavyweight that moved like a welterweight.
Rip umaga
I believe I can honestly say looking back Umaga never had a bad feud. Dudes character was always 🔥🔥
Love Umaga, He is one of the greatest wrestler from samoan family, Thanks Umaga for greatest wrestling moment, He is legend man.
The first wrestling match I ever saw was John Cena vs. Umaga at either Royal Rumble 07/08 I believe? The last man standing match that they had. I’ve been hooked in wrestling since then, hugely thanks to Umaga. RIP Umaga and may the OG’s legacy live on 🙏
Jacob Fatu is going to join Solo Sikoa in the New Bloodline 😊😊😊
I'll be surprised if he immediately goes to the main roster
Need Zilla
@@MIS3RY.
I believe he’s still signed in the indies
@@KB-qk1icwhat? If Toma Tonga went straight to the main roster, Jacob Fatu is already there
@@omega2648 i get you and understand. His skill and the storyline should move him straight to the main roster.
But think about everybody that did go through nxt first
I met Jacob at a MLW show, he was the 3rd wrestler i met before they went mainstream and just like when i met Darby Allen and Nick f'n Gage, hes so unbelievably humble and hella cool
Umaga was ahead of his time. RIP!
As someone who didn’t follow Jacob closely on the Indy scene his weight loss is crazy
I'm happy that Umaga's getting alot more love now.
Way way way ahead of his time. Umaga was so much fun to watch and a guy we lost entirely too soon.
I always loved Umaga. A monster heel and a great, believable wrestler.
Respect for this Family Rest In Peace Umaga
It’s nice to know your legacy is how amazing you were as a parent. That’s what it is about.
Umaga was a great professional wrestler
Umaga was a goat🐐smackdown vs Raw 2008 video game that was my dude🤙
Good to see some
Light shining on Umaga I def feel
Like his name should be brought up more
Jacob fatu te banco SOS un crack 🔥😎 saludos de Argentina
Umaga and Jeff Hardy was underrated
I've lived in Pensacola FL all my life and surprised I've never seen Jacob here. I saw Rikishi and his kids when I worked at Checkers getting food. Plus, I feel old thinking about it, the Usos were kids playing in the van when Rikishi would come get food. I saw a person who had to be Roman Reigns father at a Whataburger too. He had to be one of the Wild Somoans. I wanted to speak but he looked scary as hell.
I live in Pensacola. Back in the early 90s or late 80s i was at the arcade in Cordova Mall playing that wrestling game Main Event.
I was out of quarters so i just watched other people play until my mom was done shopping when some teen started talking to me about wrestling. He told me some wrestlers live in Pensacola. I'm thinking to myself "bull crap, nobody famous lives here other than Roy Jones Jr". He then says "Fatu lives here, matter of fact he's right behind you ".
I'm like "yeah right" as i turn around but he wasn't lying. I kinda froze. Fatu was with a kid around 4yrs old, one of the Usos i assume, said "yall talkin bout my daddy".
@ratedtriplex I remember the spot in Cordova Mall was the arcade back in the 90s. The movie theater was right beside it and they also had a theater on 9th Avenue. That was the good old days back then.
I live Pensacola. I think I met Jey at Spirit Halloween working their when he was getting a costume for his son and I remember seeing both brothers coming to see a movie around Thanksgiving when I worked at the theater.
Umaga vs CM Punk was a great rivalry too. Was the first time that I saw a small wrestler actually pick up Umaga
Growing up as a kid, I legitimately thought Umaga was a indigenous Samoan who was primal and dangerous, him and Taker legit scared me as a kid.
I remember when he first showed up with Rosey as a part of 3 minute warning
Deep condolences to your family who passed away, Jacob Fatu ❤️
That’s INCREDIBLE man!🔥🔥🐐
Fatu is a real one. He does great interviews. Bloodline roots are deep and still continues to grow.
Loved this guy, first match I saw he threw Paul London 8ft in the air and caught him in a Samoan drop. I was like who tf is this guy!
I feared Umaga with my life when I was a kid 😭
His time was cut short and he’s still a legend
3 minute warning and then umaga. He was definitely ahead of his time and would have been amazing in the bloodline today. Rip umaga ❤
Umaga was an absolute beast in the ring. And from everything I’ve ever heard from those close to him, a wonderful human being.
UMAGA IS A LEGEND
Loved Umaga, Jacob is definitely up there as far as athletics.
Umaga was a BEAST 💪🏾
I saw Umaga with his family in the Woodlands Mall in Texas one time. He was concentrating solely on them and not even noticing the people around him. Can't blame him one bit. I didn't approach him as I knew he was on the road so much that any moment he had with his family was a cherished one and I didn't want to take that away from him. He passed not too long after.
I loved Umaga! He was a no nonsense wrestler! The Samoan Spike was an original 💯💯💯💯💯
UMAGA NEED TO BE IN HOF!!
shout out to his former manager too that duo was great
Definitely outside of wrestling, I can tell dude is a cool brother man 🙏
I pray he succeeds as his journey continues in the WWE
Fatu Super Legit 🔥
Love you Umaga 🤟🏾
🐐 y’all’s family is forever goated, talk about a fucking dynasty… and I’m blessed that I’ve been able to watch so much of it unfold from so many different members and angles. Can’t wait to see him and zilla in WWE.
For a fella that big to be able to move that fast. He was one hell of an in ring talent for sure.
Used to love Umaga and Rosey as Three Minute Warning.
Rest in peace Edward's fatu gone but not forgotten.
Their outlook on Umaga has completely changed how I seen him from a kid. His family really revere him. Shit I hope to be worthy of that one day a real role model
Umaga was my favorite during his time. Love seeing his family paying homage
“My uncle was different bro.”
Umaga the first scary crazy looking samoan ive ever scene back then.If he was still around these guys wouldnt be as big as him.
Umaga should've been a WWE Champion, at least, twice or a couple of World Heavyweight title runs.
For some reason I remember him being champion I had to Google it and find out he wasn't I just picture him with the belt
He is a nice dude.
Umaga was special to ALL of us! We missed the great Samoan Bulldozer!!!!
2005 wwe had: Eddie/rey, Matt/edge, Perc angle with image and Chris masters being built so well. Underrated year for double double e
Jacob solo tama Tonga about to be the new bloodline
You forgot about Ava Raine! So you have Jacob, Solo, Tama and Ava vs Roman, Jimmy, Jey and either Tamina or Naomi
What abt nia?
I remember seeing him at a game one year actually the Soul Bowl at Pensacola High School my played against Zilla that year. And to talk to Umaga that day right before he passed was awesome I’ll never forget that day
I was 9 years old wen umaga died that shidd made me cry
The Samoan Bulldozer, su h a fitting name
One of the few people in the industry that you never hear a bad story about!
he held a great amount in my favorite wrestlers career,, umaga was great even though i was so young,, seeing solo reminds me of him
Finally the Jerry Lynn and Waltman feud is being talked about again. That was revolutionary
I used to be genuinely scared of umaga when I was a kids bro did his job 🙏🏾
