I think a good bit of the stigma around "Holo Pilot sucks" is that you need to think a little harder than usual ("usual" being in comparison to the more popular tacticals) in order to aim the decoys in a way where the enemy won't immediately go "oh, that's a Holo, I shouldn't shoot it".
That being said, when you get it to work, it can work wonders, because every second the other team's looking at a decoy is another second you have to spray them down.
Also, I absolutely love Shadow Boxing as a finisher and if Apex Legends doesn't already have something similar for Mirage then I don't know what they're doing.
I completely agree. You just need to think harder, and it works WONDERS. As long as you place it well and not in front of an enemy, you can get tons of kills. @@cainprescott4937

Holo is best because the game is so fast paced, it's a risk not shooting everything you see. I haven't seen a better holo pilot than me yet. Most repeat how they use it and easy to read. I've also been playing this for 5 years lmao
I have nothing against grapple and stim, theyre fun, but simply because of the fact that everyone uses them means that i wont. Even the most braindead use of holo pilot can trick players. so when you can learn to use it well? everyone in the lobby lives in fear.
@hollowburger-qc2qk I don't like grapple and stim because it's abused and then touted as the only good or best stuff. Idk how much you know about holes, but they do everything you're doing when you click. It can wall hang and wall run. If you set up a stationary one, crouch first. Harder to tell its a holo ifs crouched. During a slide, it will go in the slide in the direction you're facing, not moving.

@@ahhhsothisishowyouchangean162 you can get most places grapple can with wall jumps. Takes longer though

That, and playing it raised my expectations to the point where Titanfall would *not* meet my requirements for a good movement system.

@@NovaAgeI've seen some really cool stuff from rainworld but if we're just comparing the depth of the movement system, Titanfall wins every time I'm sorry you just can't beat the source engine.
Im still definitely going to play rainworld now though it looks sick as hell
@@NovaAgealso once your done with rainworld I would actually consider getting team fortress 2 since it's a perfect example of everything I love about the source engine (also its free on steam).
