If you are novice in this industry, then first Learn any one programming languages ( Ex: Java, C#, Python, SQL) from a website or an institute. Once you are Comfortable in that language, then you can start solving problems from LeetCode! (This stage will take long time). After you attain some comfortable level, then take a freelance real time project ( or do internship) and put sincere effort. By the mean time, practice daily to improve your communication skills. Once you are done with these, then you are ready to job hunting!
