For one of the Korra Quests in Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 5 Season 2, you need to "Earn or Pick Up a Victory Crown".
You earn a Victory Crown by winning in solos, duos, trios or squads. You can also pick up a Victory Crown by defeating somebody who has one on them, this will likely be the easier of the two ways, but the second way requires more luck.

A little tip, if you haven't completed it already if you know anyone with a crown or if anyone in your party has a crown, they can literally just drop it and you pick it up and you'll get the challenge completed
I was able to complete it with a crown that I had one last night before the update 😂
Welp I'm so screwed ladies and gents this is officially the hardest quest in fortnite history 🤣
Getting the single gold scar to unlock golden Lara Croft style was a pain as well.

You can pick up a crown that a teammate drops. If you know anyone with a crown or someone in your party has one they can drop it you can pick it up and it will complete it for you

I did it on my first try. For those who are struggling, just do it in squads on ranked. That’s what I did. If you work together with your teammates, eliminating someone with a crown will be very easy.

This will be hell, but I guess there's a third option, sometimes people flex their crown in the spawn island dropping it and grabbing it repeatedly, if you can grab their crown as they do that it should count as well. So while we are trying over and over to win a match or find someone with a crown, we can keep an eye out at the beginning
It doesn't work if you pick up a crown on spawn is, it doesn't complete the challenge unless the crown is picked up after you land from the battle bus. I tested that out just to see.
The good news is, if a single person in your party has a crown, they can drop it and everyone else can run by one pick it up in the match, and it will count
@@SlayingMantis676 It counts when you land on the match, whether you already had the crown from a previous match or you picked it up from spawn island. Also this challenge is shared, so if one in the squad completes it, it counts for everyone. It should count as soon as you dive from the bus, but if it doesn't you can drop it and then grab it back
@@enriqueaquiahuatl8554 it actually does not. If it did for you, that's fantastic but it doesn't for everybody and it certainly didn't for me on either of my accounts.
I've also helped multiple people complete the challenge and it didn't auto complete just because I had a crown. so maybe it feels good to you to be right but at the risk of misinforming people and costing them valuable time, please respect the fact that your situation is not the norm for everybody
@@SlayingMantis676 Then this challenge is glitched, but this is still worth trying, I did it with 3 accounts and it completed for the rest of the squad once I dropped and picked up the crown with another account in the match
@@enriqueaquiahuatl8554 I understand, and this season is riddled with bugs so it would not surprise me if that works for one person doesn't work for other. On one of my accounts I won a match, which according to the description should've completed it because I had already unlocked the challenge, however I had to load into another match, my crown and pick it up, after I did that, the other members of my team did not have it completed, so I dropped it and let them pass it around and as soon as each one of them picked it up they got the completion
I just won a game before the update so when I come back I can just jump off the bus land somewhere in the middle of nowhere and drop it and pick it back up

@@meshal7261 yes but not for me. I had to do the other quests first to unlock the crown quest but I did win a game so it should if you have a crown from a previous game or eliminate someone who had it

@@meshal7261 wait you can do that?💀 I just checked and it didn’t count as it completed. I literally just got two wins and it didn’t count
@@Great_tusk some people are not getting the completion if they win, if that happens to you and you have the challenge unlocked already, take the crown and after you land from the battle bus, drop it and pick it back up, I guarantee that will complete it

Yes, I completed mine that way on one of my accounts (you can even invite friends if you want to help them out, and pass it around and up to four people can complete the challenge on one crown)
Hey fellas, I saw another comment where they cycled through random squads, one of the randoms had a crown, while the commenter didn’t have one, yet he got credit for the challenge. Not sure if it works, but I figured I’d put it here for those who are desperately trying to find an alternative, albeit *much* easier way to complete this challenge.
EDIT: I just got into a lobby with two players who had victory crowns. It counted and completed the challenge!

Will bot lobbies work regarding method 1?
Honestly, use your alt account, go into solos MAKE SURE ITS SOLOS, because then you can supposedly earn victory crowns that way, switch to ranked que up, and have your alt give you the crown.
Nope I play bot lobbies to do it I’ve played at least 20 it doesn’t complete
No, 100%, bot lobbies do not give crowns
I have a bug where i won like alot of games but still haven't got any crowns

@@SlayingMantis676 he probably willingly did bot lobbies. But yeah, his friend needing help to win in bot lobbies must be terrible
@@PEGASUS_ONE I would've guessed that, but if he was willingly playing them, he wouldn't have thought it was a bug because he would've had to trigger them by using an alt account. I mean unless he's suffering from amnesia, he probably wouldn't have forgotten that part lol

I just tested it, it auto completed as soon as I jumped from the bus.

Anyone know how to get in easier lobbies? I’m finding getting wins so difficult
If you've never played ranked, your first few ranked matches are going to be super easy, a lot easier than the skill-based matchmaking will give you. I'd recommend bot lobbies but you don't get crowns from those
FYI, if you have anyone on your friend list that you know that has a crown, you could join a match with them, after you guys land, just have him drop it and you pick it up that will complete the challenge
