    For improving squat strength, is it better to do it before or after snatch/c&j?

      @@MrSpicabooo Well really it would be better before, but the olympic lifts take a lot more damage from squatting first than the other way around. So olympic lifts first. Most optimal would be splitting the session, though often not practical.

      As a rule of thumb, you do your exercises with high technical requirment first, then power, with endurance or conditioning being last. This would entail squatting after the olympic lifts.

      I guess depends how good your technique is right now If you technique is hight but you can't handle the streght run a streght cycle and go there firts but for most squat after the O lifts, is been explained that way to me ..
