truly the most relatable video I have seen. living with depression and anxiety my whole life, this just hit different. People who don’t live with it don’t always understand that literally, we are not lazy, it’s a symptom of ~depression~ and it’s normal… it happens. Life happens. The house gets messy. I think other things will try to sneak in your mind to keep you down. It literally will try to hide the fact that (you) are finally free! 🕊
That was a personal one on one thing I wanted to say to you Aliyah. It was a serious question. I’ve secretly struggle with HFD /SD. So I definitely get that everyday is a battle w/ ourselves. my sister gifted me this beautiful big king bed when she moved and it’s taken up my entire room and bc of that… my room has become filthy. i don’t have any space for anything and it’s actually made me spiral and everything has gotten messier and I want to clean it but I don’t have the energy to do so. these type of videos help me feel like i can get back to normal too

I just have to say that I’m so proud of you
my hair is the same way, the back grows longer than the middle and top. it was something to do with how much tension we have on those areas. for example if you do alot of slick backs and low buns, the curls at the bottom sometimes feel thinner than the ones on top but has length. Where as the top and middle of our curls are shorter or break easily because of all the brushing we do to lay it down. Also your curls on top and in the middle may be tighter than the bottom. but girllllll your curls look good!!! we have a very similar curl type!!!
this makes so much sense! when it’s all blow dried it’s ALL the same length so i may just have to scrunch you make it even when it’s in a fro 😭

i watched this one tiktok vid and she had the same mop and what she did was use a bucket to put the clean water and all of the cleaning products she uses. when she rings it out it goes in the bucket that’s already connected to the rise part so that when puts it bck in the clean water the dirty water doesn’t get bck on to the floor. i hope i’m explain it correctly/wording it right

Also with that map I threw a bucket in the main container and I keep the clean water in there so when I spin it out the dirty water goes underneath and you can keep the clean and dirty water separated!!!
Since you wear your hair curly and in protective styles you should try and DEVA cut or some other curly cuts that give you a shape that you prefer and each time you do a wash and go or any style it’ll fall in that shape and continue to grow in that shape as well. And it also gives you more volume. I’ve had a few curly cuts and I always love the outcome. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ your hair has grown beautifully
