  • I'min today's video we discuss how to stay present in life, as this is the most important thing you can learn in life is how to deal with problems that arise in a healthy way. I hope this video gives you some easy instructions and insights. As we cannot control everything that happens in our life. The highs and lows are inevitable, but when we attach to them we create suffering. Love you all. Megan

    On this channel, I hope to help you find peace and clarity on your journey towards enlightenment, it hasn't always been an easy journey for me, but over the last 3 years I have learned a lot of tools that I feel like are important to create a better life for yourself. The most important is our awareness of our true self. We cannot create success in our life by looking on the outside. So first you must find self realization and the rest will surely come.
    My goal on this channel is to help you live your purpose and passion through a conscious lifestyle, if you do not know what that is yet, please don't worry. The universe will work it out. Trust the process of your spiritual awakening and allow things to flow into your life. Allow yourself to try something new every day, allow yourself to make mistakes if you realize it is not what you want, but most importantly don't go backwards for this prolongs your journey.
    One Love, Megan

    Literally, in the first second of the video, reading "realizing you are the space between thoughts", something clicked. Amazing. More and more pieces of the puzzle fall in place. Seemingly random. Seemingly unconnected. How exciting. Many thanks for this video. Much love.

    I also suggest that all thoughts that cause psychological suffering are rooted in the principle that the awareness we have is personal and limited. In a calm moment, we can investigate what evidence we have to support this notion. As we do this, we find we have zero convincing evidence based on our direct experience. This being the case, the mind cannot sustain thoughts that are based on what it now recognises as a blind belief with no evidence. The mind has to acknowledge that it could be true that the aware presence we are could be the source of all existence. The mind's own logic stops itself in its tracks and opens it to the possibility of this. I have found this very powerful. It works every time, and after a while, all such thoughts stop bothering you.

    • @hajon9760
      @hajon9760 Месяц назад +1

      You can have goals and plan perfectly fine. My understanding is that through awareness and mindfulness you understand that the source of any suffering we experience is the desire for things to be different. If one can learn to accept and love themselves and their reality unconditionally their suffering would vanish.
      Doing away with suffering is DIFFICULT and I don't really wanna spend 20 years within a cave in Tibet meditating.
      What we can do is increase our awareness and learn to identify aspects of ourselves that used to "control" our lives from behind a curtain within us.
      We don't have to do away with our goals, aspirations, and duties but we can learn to see clearly and minimize any suffering that they may cause us.

    Sounded like a lot of effort to me.
    If our “natural” state is the space between thoughts then why are the majority of us don’t live there? 😊

    • @geertmeertens-sk7lv
      @geertmeertens-sk7lv Месяц назад +2

      Because the majority is distracted by the world 'outside' of us. As in any dream.
      Consciousness is all there is in any dream (including the dream called life) and therefore it is our natural state although each time it takes awakening to (be able to) realize that.

    • @kelleemerson9510
      @kelleemerson9510 28 дней назад

      Because a majority of your effort is working on others to suit you. Fix you, let others fix themselves. Definitely work, but the most important work you'll do.
