I play tanky Milo, that is the only way that makes sense to play him. The build proposed in this video makes him squishy and targeted a lot. The difference between Milo and other support champions is that Milo has to be in CLOSE proximity to the ally. Other support champs can stay at safe distance and still provide shielding/healing or disrupt the enemy. So play him on the tanky side, and I don't die at all or a few deaths per match, with 20+ assists. Booots (base depends but) end with Revitalizing Grail Redemption Protectors Vow Psychic Projector Abyssal Mask or Spirit Visage Runes: Aery Font of life Nullifying Orb Second Wind or Bone Plating Transcendence/Futures Market Loyality is the worst rune that Riot invented, it is a troll rune 😅

Black cleaver got its passive changed, now it's different from trinity's, meaning you can build both and the movement speed stacks
