I love the tips about not investing in bad ADCs. Issue is that most people in this game think they are the hero and they are good, so, often, when you chose to leave the ADC for better opportunities, they become 5 years old and start grieving and trolling. Happened to me so many times. Most ADCs thing that 1. the support belongs to them and 2. the support is a miracle working who can save them from their own bad decisions. So, yeah, ADCs, please watch this and understand that supports are not your personal babysitter, especially if you are not good on this game.
I love this type of videos, incredibly informative while being concise enough to not become boring. Sadly it takes a while to put them together (writing the script/finding the needed clips/ extra info in text over the vids) while not being appreciated enough (just like good engage supports). Can't wait for the next one tbh, only commented for the algorithm
Great video! Many thanks, the support are very often the unsung heroes. A very important point: Patience and ( yes!) we all make mistakes. I started a year ago, playing Soraka main. I only start now to appreciate a difficult game even if we lose. It takes time to master all the little subtilty of the game (first tip: learn to look at your mini-map!). The more you play and learn, the more fun and relaxing the game become. I also HATE the players doing a FF after 5 min in the game... How can you learn to turn a situation if you just give-up so easily? Last but not least: criticize your team mate when you are a challenger, being still in Platinum means that you probably also make mistake and has more to learn - no need for insult and trolling. Play instead of writing.
In all seriousness, please do not blind pick Yuumi or Milio in soloq, and most importantly, do not first time Lulu. Ever. Just because theyre all sort of op doesnt mean you can perma abuse them in every scenario. Youll have a miserable time😓😓
@googleodulluanketler U named literally the only roles that need swap (mid and top), but forget to mention other two roles in the game? So yeah, if answering your question - adc and jg doesn't really need a swap so they can fp
Seriously, I love you and I love your explanation. I love playing roller sports and I always get upset when Eddie Curry is with me. He doesn't know how to play. Please, can you upload a lot of videos of this?
If you do a guide for Dragon Lane, will you make a section for mages/others? I'd like to see a guide for playing strong mid game carries in the duo lane like Heimerdinger, Syndra, etc.
Just want to add on this list and im a bit awed. The thing they did with the item REDEMPTION as a TANK/SUSTAIN item now is sooooooo good with ardent cencer. I felt like in team fights if the redemption procs seems like my teammates is on steriods and its crazy. I did that with senna suport recently😂 kindly check on that.
I’m a Nami main, and my favourite role is a support Enchanters:Millio, Karma, mage Nami (basic mage build) Mages:Brand and Zyra for tanky match-ups, Veigar and Lux for squishy match-ups Tanks:Swain and Maokai
I've been having a pretty good time (70% winrate) with tresh onetrickpony this season. He has the benefit of being able to be an engager that doesn't have to be super committal when you doubt your team will follow up adequately and he also has phenomenal peel potential (an alive adc still deals more damage than a dead enchanter buffed one, because the giga OP enemy lulu is clueless and wastes polymorph right before e.g. a vi ults their adc) If your adc is clueless, it is kind of sad if you picked an enchanter simply because they are so much better at empowering adc than other champs, but with tresh if I notice my adc is clueless, I can just roam and gank mid, go invade/gank with our jgl and make enemy jgl/mid ragequit because "they're getting camped" So idk I feel like hook champs like naut/tresh and the buffed blitzcrank are really solid picks for solo queue since you can be very impactful with roams even when your adc is slightly confused. And your engages are less hard committal compared to for example alistar or maokai.
hoping the enemy team blind picks yuumi as a support player since most yuumi players just sit on their adc (no auto attacking) and i have a great free lane and game edit: same thing with milio, however no adcs know what to do when they see a lulu for some reason..
Kerxx them enchanters you said to blind pick, are the EXACT ones you should NOT blind pick in Soloq. If the ADC or carries are trash, youre stuck with the entire team losing and all you can do as these supports is watch in slow motion as you lose. And there's alot of Morons in wild rift, as you already know through your own games. I never Blind any of those champs, and i Soloq my damn self to GM every season. However, those champions are AMAZING in a duo or stack environment where you KNOW your teammates are good.
I cant play enchant support champs because 98% of my adc players are potatoes 🥔 with a 0.8 kda with 3k games , with zero understanding of the game. This is my adc the first minute of game , runs ......runs past tower......into brush......into second brush and gets one shot , blames me as support. Or my adc cait scared of using their range for a advantage as she has the most range and hides away most of the time where we play by the tower constantly. 98% of my adc dont even reach 5 kills per match but easily have 10 deaths.
Blind milio, yuumi, lulu? Milio cant remove airborne, veil feels a waste. High elo Players also just delay cc. Imagine trusting your soloq duo with Yuumi LuLu. Other lanes? Pray they pick a champ worth supporting with yuumi lulu. I pref Janna, has airborne, Atk buff + shield , ult interuption + heal, also good glacial user. Speed buff. You can support anyone. Need i say with any build. Also how that 16:55 atroxx supp doin 😂
@@marcus2259 I have a 63% win rate on Braun with 100 games played. I’ve played 12 games on yummi and have a 20% win rate. Yummi is a very bad pick if your adc is terrible. And in these games you have to rely on one of the other lanes to completely stomp which never seems to happen for me when playing yummi.
Problem is, support will always (100% of the time always) assume adc is bad, before the match supports. This is the single most common support mistake.
Ignoring the fact 99% of adcs are terrible at the game and chase kills makes this comment valid... unfortunately, 1% of adcs that are competent, don't solo q...
Well that's because they all suck , I can't play enchant support because my adc has a kda of 1.6 with 3k games , most of my adc players die instantly within 2 minutes of the game then blame me lol.
