I remember my first horse I made, his name is Captain and I traced a stick horse from the store to make him and it took a while since I hand sued him but I hated him so much until I fixed him but now my most recently made horse Calico took three days of hand Suing and a lot of nights stay up late payed off and she turned out so pretty but I ran out of brown yarn for her forlock
its so sad bc here in ireland nobody does hobbyhorsing so when i got out in public with one i get looked at and everyone ik thinks its weird lol i rlly wanna do a hobbyhorse comp :( but there is none here
Ik this is late but make sure to use support fabric! Also put the horse behind a door, push it as close as you can to the wall and fit in front of it for a few minutes, it should make it thinner. Then do the same thing if it starts getting chunky again. Hope this helps!
