With the blackcliff you can easily make 100k ulti dmg and 7-12k auto DMG, hu tao Is f2p friendly.
I'm f2p and I make 129k with non perfect artifacts

I have only ONE 4star spear that is creasant spike (no refinement) but i must say, my 3star White Tassel on max refinement (lvl 5) works almost too well for her. I gave Xiao creasant spike and he's got 601 attack and Hu Tao has 306 attack and she still does a little more damage than Xiao lmao i dont need no 4 or 5 star weapon for her WHITE TASSEL OP
