You always cook food that looks light and healthy. I need the recipes. The walks looked so nice. The weather is cooling slowly. We're getting rain thanks to hurricane Helene. Is it supposed to reach you? I'm enjoying the rain. This afternoon I opened the window so I could hear it softly coming down. I don't like hurricanes though. Take care❤️🍄🍂🍁🎃
🥰hmmmm..I woke up in the middle of the night hearing the soft sounds of the rain too..It's a white noise that soothes the nerves. I can fully feel when you said you opened the windows to hear the rain.
It rained softly the whole night and our community pond accumulated loads of water, looking out in our backyard. The hurricane has reached us too, the way I see the refreshing rain outside our window...It's cuddly weather, but I need to finish packing for my trip and the editing as well for my next video before I leave, lol!
Well, I try to follow a healthier lifestyle, but it's still not a guarantee not to get ill. It might contribute to extend my health though🙂
My motivation to eat light and healthy is to be able to travel and visit my family who are unfortunately living in two different continents. ❤️ I'll be forwarding the recipes to you..🫂

Wir hatten den ersten Herbststurm mit einem Kälteeinbruch und der Wind jagt die welken Blätter über die Strassen. What does Autumn teach us? That we must let go of the things that no longer nourish us. That there is a heartbreaking beauty in melancholy. That in order to turn the page we must find the courage to let the dry leaves fall, even at the cost of leaving our branch bare and cold. Letting go is deeply rooted in my Asian culture that I’ve forgotten called „Hayaan mo na“. While it’s a practice that this phrase is used when we see somebody struggling… I’m used to hearing it all the time many years ago. Autumn is beautiful time… a time to reflect the lessons it wants to teach us, trying to find the beauty in losing and dealing with losses.. as you mentioned Paola, it will give way to the new❤️ 🫂🫂🫂🫂💕🍁
