The very purpose of IHL is for it to apply during armed conflict so the rules within IHL were written knowing that it would be applied in some of the worst emergency

there are regional human rights courts European Court of Human rights in Strasbourg, France Interamerican Court of Human Rights in SAn Jose, Costa rica and African Court of Peoples and Human Rights in Arusha, Tanzania and the International Court of Justice which can settle disputes between states

Examining Nigeria's Responsibility International Law, i don't get this..
And i have already gathered basic information, resources or preliminary research of my topics. How about streamlining it to less than 18 words, such as - international law for stimulating plus resolving Legal, Health & Environmental matters in Africa.
