Single member LLCs that are foreign owned should be aware that Mercury has been asking you to have US-related revenue or employees. Many accounts are being closed. Check the issue online if that is your case.
@@customersupport9055 depending on what they are asking you there are some work around strategies. But nothing is straighforward. I reccommend you to check James Baker CPA channel but I can see you already made a comment on a comment I made on his channel lol ("hacks non residents use to open US bank accounts)". I have just sent Mercury several questions regarding US based operations and compliance and they said they will check with other sectors and answer me back a bit later. I will post what they answered on that video's comment for other poor souls affected by the sudden change in policy. As for now, they were able to accept my home address in a foreign country as per my bank statement. But I'll have 6 months to establish US based operations (more clarification coming when they answer).
