Can you not upload or work with a sketch floor outline of the venue versus submitting a floor plan?

I believe a formal floorplan is needed so that they can design the space to scale. We have never tried with a sketch. The venue manager should be able to send you the floorplan to upload

Love this. I heard you said Merri is in a lot of States, I am from South Carolina, do you have any venues from SC? If so, is the program available for SC & GA? TFS very interested

Hi! Its in every state and you can add any venues that aren't already in the system. It usually takes 2-3 weeks. I hope this helps, and be sure to signup via the link in the comments to take advantage of the extended trial!
