As an attack/heal main, whenever I'm chilling having fun in quick match I love using the thunder God gloves cause there heavy just looks so cool. But if I see a bunch of attacks using claws, I won't hesitate to bring out knuckle knives, then those same players will say your using an op weapon when there using one too lol. Also hard light is one of my favorite heal jutsu, it's the ultimate *get the heck off me* move for healers
Lol I like the gloves too but they butt ugly. I always gotta coordinate a specific outfit with them. Also, hard light should be like 16-17 seconds. 20 too long imo. Or it should burst heal allies near by and the user

Well made video, you covered all of the crucial points about the Claws, however I'm not sure if this is platform specific since I rarely play on Playstation but on PC Chakra Claws have a tendency of having a spherical hitbox that can hit people that are behind you too if they are during the first 18 frames of their heavy attack which makes air baiting to back tapping attacks unreliable unless you delay your attacks a bit. Thank for the good video habibi, I'll be sending these to new players so they can learn some effective counters and play smarte.
There’s multiple ways to go about patching the claws to make them balanced tbh one weapon shouldn’t carry the game that hard and there’s no class that can counter them because it’s a weapon. Justus take too long to replenish and subs are gone for like 30 seconds I think either for THAT WEAPON take away the heavy sub lock or reduce the dash attack speed so that it matches up to the other weapons. Or fix the deflect system so that your guard doesn’t break after literally one deflect. Weapon is literally stupid
I fought blue chakra claws last night and got 1st. I used demon wind shuriken, fireball jutsu, and majestic destroyer flame. They want to spam combos? I’ll spam fireballs and shurikens and Kunai from far away.

If someone so much as touches you (which in the pit ppl creep up from behind all the time or 3 ppl gang up on you) you are finished. Just played a match where I was at full health, got touched one time, couldn’t get out of it.
Yup. Also, using the map to your advantage can help become evasive as well. We all know how wall fighting can be sometimes. Anything to make a claw users job at least a little challenging lol

Fighting against the claws alone is already a little difficult, even if they were using rasenshuriken and tornado high. Usually in close combat if you can get the read you can also side step and punish but that’s only with the chakra claws because the heavy leaves you open if you miss or don’t get the whole animation

It depends on whether you are with a trusted heal type or not. Assuming you’re playing the current event, you’ll want a defensive jutsu to help you survive. Next, are you comfortable enough to use moves outside of the recommended jutsu. Amaterasu is great for damage but requires more skill to fight a claw user targeting you. Same can be said for most of the range type arsenal. Using double defense can work as well, but the problem lies if you need to be offensive. Kamui and icicle swallow is great for surviving and if youre being targeted but will be extremely difficult to use if you are playing against passive players. A build that works great for range type in any game mode is to use angelic advent (defensive) with majestic or flame light (offensive) and the flash pill. So to try and answer your question. Use double defense when being targeted. Use 1 and 1 playing solo and use debuff, double offense or whatever when with a heal type.
For secret techniques, I would say defensive: crystal ice mirrors, totsuka blade, kamui shuriken. Offensive: takemikazuchi, reanimation. With support: dance storm, kirin, tandem.

Definitely need a team to get the most out of it. I’ll definitely work on something for a future tutorial. I got lots of them planned this month 🔥

Specifically the ones that like to stay on the walls all match to see what kind of tactics you'd come up with to drag people into the fight. (cuz why play a fighting game if all you're gonna do is run 💀)

I played 3 matches in a row yesterday and every match was full of attack types running sharingan, obo/imperial, and the blue/yellow chakra claws. I was just trying to have fun with Amaterasu and chidori but I quickly learned that it was not happening😭
I feel that. You pretty much have to turn your cool combo oriented load into a use Amaterasu to steal kos and chidori to run, build. Hoping they start nerfing these moves for season5.
iv seen one claw dude systematically destroy an entire team of people trying to experience the game that's why this game is so niche who the f*ck wants to have to deal with this crap having to go out your way to form a strategy just to deal with these cheap ass unbalance weapons and the try hard players that use them
If the claws were like 3 dmg instead of that 5 maybe it would be fair claws were a pain since release they were always a pain in the ass and I don't really believe you need to play passively it depends how many claw users there are if its a squad or not
Yup. They need to take away some of the benefits of claws so you’re incentivized to using other weapons. Damage would be a good trade as well. Deal more damage with shorter melee combos

does someone have any idea to counter this build? imperial wrath, sharingan, flash medicine, and time space hop sub, I have a problem with fast jutsu cooldown, and time space hop sub which can neutralize attacks and ninjutsu for a while
This build honestly has very little room for error. Cooling breeze is a solid option to remove the buffs of the pill, sth and sharingan. You could use this with susanoo armor to safely cast your ninja tool. For range, if you’re comfortable not using senbon, try cooling breeze with flame lighting and kamui/hiding in ash. The tool can get rid of the buffs, as we established, but flame light can also pull them out of space time hop. Heal type will need good movement and use counter moves like chakra scalpel, which properly timed, can stop their jutsu and sub use. Just gotta find a way to spend their sharingan. With maybe heavy boulder, yaska bead or air palm. Again, this build is hard to counter but making the right reads can help you deal. Lastly, I’ve seen youthful roar put in work against both sharingan and space hop as it removes both of those. I tried this with universal pull and cooling and had some success. The issue is always getting around the vague imperial buff lol
It could help for sure. Base your top skill on your load out tho. All geared up for senbon. Reckless charge for team fights. Light speed for survival mode and non kusanagi weapons. Etc
I use claws but I don’t spam besides I stopped using my one build so I can get batter with the other weapons plus I see why people hate playing against them😂😂
It’s unfortunate because the other weapons hit boxes are terrible when trying to catch enemies without ninjutsu, so claws are justified in that regard because it actually has consistent reach. The thing is, everything else on it makes it over the top. It doesn’t sacrifice anything for the better hit box it has

I think they need to nerf the amount of hits it can do and the tumbling animations. There shouldn’t be a sub lock on the light attack string and the chakra claws spin should know the enemy away so it can’t be linked together unless youre near a wall

For the range type I would go with either of sai’s jutsu. Or be op and run c2 clay dragon.
Sai jutsu is great for launching counters to charging enemies. C2 dragon is also underrated but it can be annoying if it doesn’t fire at who you want

does someone have any idea to counter this build? imperial wrath, sharingan, flash medicine, and time space hop sub, I have a problem with fast jutsu cooldown, and time space hop sub which can neutralize attacks and ninjutsu for a while
This build honestly has very little room for error. Cooling breeze is a solid option to remove the buffs of the pill, sth and sharingan. You could use this with susanoo armor to safely cast your ninja tool. For range, if you’re comfortable not using senbon, try cooling breeze with flame lighting and kamui/hiding in ash. The tool can get rid of the buffs, as we established, but flame light can also pull them out of space time hop. Heal type will need good movement and use counter moves like chakra scalpel, which properly timed, can stop their jutsu and sub use. Just gotta find a way to spend their sharingan. With maybe heavy boulder, yaska bead or air palm. Again, this build is hard to counter but making the right reads can help you deal. Lastly, I’ve seen youthful roar put in work against both sharingan and space hop as it removes both of those. I tried this with universal pull and cooling and had some success. The issue is always getting around the vague imperial buff lol

It could help for sure. Base your top skill on your load out tho. All geared up for senbon. Reckless charge for team fights. Light speed for survival mode and non kusanagi weapons. Etc

I use claws but I don’t spam besides I stopped using my one build so I can get batter with the other weapons plus I see why people hate playing against them😂😂
It’s unfortunate because the other weapons hit boxes are terrible when trying to catch enemies without ninjutsu, so claws are justified in that regard because it actually has consistent reach. The thing is, everything else on it makes it over the top. It doesn’t sacrifice anything for the better hit box it has
I wouldn’t be mad if they just flat out removed them completely from the game. The most broken and low skill tool in the entire game.

I think they need to nerf the amount of hits it can do and the tumbling animations. There shouldn’t be a sub lock on the light attack string and the chakra claws spin should know the enemy away so it can’t be linked together unless youre near a wall
