If we talk about the story and characters, yes it is. But the animation, soundtrack and production is next level.

But at the same time it's a good starter anime
Plot isn't too hard to follow/isn't overly complicated

I mean the story is not bad, but is nothing revolutionary, the main villian is just bad for the sake of being bad and the heroes are classic heroes with "normal" motivations. some backstories are good and have some emotional value. But most of the backstories have so emotional charge in the anime due the music, animation and expresions added to the final product. i think the only backstory I really liked and made me feel sad was Akaza's, which is yet to be animated and I'm sure will be next level emotional damage when it happens.
Tanjiro should have taken Yoruichi pose as he did before, giving muzan a mini heart attack
