I'd say yes, and also it depends on the objective. Being in running gear and testing that stuff out for walking up a mountain is always good to test. I think there is a different posture also. And then I guess it also depends, what your running is actually in effort wise. Interesting question though 👍
It looks like the weather was a little challenging, great effort and a sensible decision to not attempt Crib Goch in those conditions. That said, I don't know if I would attempt Crib Goch even on a bright sunny day lol
