- CC2 has granted our wishes with the nerfs of Shikamaru, Temari & Hanzo! They've listened to my personal request and buffed Ino! This video will explain everything you need to know about the new balance patch for Naruto Storm Connections! CC2 and Bandai Namco has done a great job with listening to the player base for this new naruto game update!

What further buffs and nerfs do you want for characters and why? I personally feel the nerfs to Kiba was too harsh & Ino could have longer poison damage on her jutsu. I'm sad that PTS Shino got nerfed that way too but I'll get over it

Time Skip Neji's down combo (only in 60 FPS) can be blocked by the CPU or Human Player sometimes yes sometimes not when neji launchs the first air palm, making his down combo almost useless (he practically has 3 combos instead of 4 because of this issue in 60 FPS).

The nerfs to kiba and pts shino are unnecessary imo. Shino was fine after the first patch and kiba is almost unplayable now. Having the weakest defense and now weakest attack in the game and his jutsu cost the most chakra.
Momo should be able to continue after his air combo
Surprised there was no mention of Kakashi (Double Sharigan) getting his Kamui support regeneration nerfed.

they need to bring back the option of choosing jutsu when picking the characters and the jutsus and tilts that were taken can return that way giving characters a bunch of options
To me I think the game feels very slow now, most of the cooldowns being longer, having to catch people with broken counters still, people can just lay on the floor now and they get to wait for there subs pretty quicky since its 10 second timer since no kunai restand, which also makes the combos look more generic imo, damage being lower in general from not being able to combo people as often, they didnt buff as much as I would have liked for how much they nerfed. If they were going to slow everything down I think they needed to make the sub timer longer to counteract that. They made it shorter because of how fast things were with restands and supports but there isnt a reason to keep it as the shortest sub timer in the franchise with the changes and also while still having scaling too. I would much prefer more characters to be more viable then less. I would rather have more characters that are really good then less that are all just kind of average now because of nerfs or indirect changes. What makes storm fun to me is having options but being forced to play a certain style and having way less characters to choose from at the highest level I really dont like.
You already have ninjutsu that can hit grouned opponents. If you think the removal of forcing opponents to stand up with shuriken now makes the fight slower, just double down on the ninjutsus that can hit grounded enemies.

Kiba and pts Kiba even still suffer from the dog knock down and can’t attack nerf 😭 at least revert that
Kiba at the start of the game was oppressive, but his damage nerf on ground combos are overkill. If they were going to lower the damage, then at least increase the speed of the hits or allow Kiba to still perform certain attacks while Akamaru is still in recovery or let certain attacks recover Akamaru faster.
Eating immaculate like. 2nd Mizu, Zabuza and Haku getting buffed, Ino getting her poison back, AND Jugo on block buff?

Would be nice if PTS Sakura would have a bounce on air combo, and PTS Hinata should have atleast one extended stun/crumble in her combo strings.
Oh my god we forgot about PTS Sakura! I'm pretty sure if CC2 are made aware of it, they'll give her a bounce too. Wouldn't make sense to give it to Hashi, Shisui, Kisame & Delta but not her. Also, Raikage Ay needs a proper infinite stun too, he doesn't have any at all
@@PoisonedOkami this is a bit nitpicky, but "Raikage Ay" doesnt make it really clear who you mean, since every single Raikage is called Ay
Thank god they buffed Ino i could never follow up with an ultimate without supports
I wish pts ino would also get poison back, as that has always been her mark in games
Looking forward to using/fighting against zabuza and kisame,I use to use zabuza in storm 4 for abit but now excited to see what I can do now with him
Jugos defense being reduced was actually wrong in the patchnotes. His defense modifier got buffed to be on the a "normal" level (i.e. he now takes the regular 30% from UJs instead of 31ish%)
Also one thing you didn't mention at all was that PTS Gaara got kneepcapped even worse than Kiba in terms of combo damage. PTS Gaara now only does 4.5% on his air combo.
It seems they've made some errors when writing out the patch notes like they did with PTS Sasuke.
I didn't check Gaara's air combo lol but that's so weird that they'd nerf the damage like that :/

I think Ninjutsu Block means canceling the Jutsu can be canceled possibly.

this is very good patch . But there are still some problems. ❗Shippuden Temari as a support is pretty strong.Her second jutsu is a problem (auto tracking) .❗ Then the third raikage 360° damage on every jutsu .
❗Naruto in Baryon mode (his air combo animations sometimes make him invulnerable to air attacks from supports)
❗Tayuya and her dolls, which cannot be damaged or knocked down.❗ Minato's ninja movement and dash speed is still too fast, it allows him to easily dodge dashes and jutsu.
Also, Minato's grab range still seems too long, even though they reduced the damage on him, but it still doesn't stop the grapple spam. ❗ I would be glad to see a longer startup at the first Delta's jutsu
❗Need to nerf Kaguya's damage in winter's realm
❗I'm really looking forward to Naruto's buffs (toad sage mode). I loved him in storm 3, but now he's absolutely useless. Terrible second jutsu, very slow hit animation and low damage.
There are very few options to extend his combo and also a very slow grab animation.
Karin and kakashi still broken jutsu.

@@pokefan3485 before the recent patch, all you had to do was grab, move up, grab again. Now they increased the distance. You can still chain it without the speed pill, but now it's a one in a thousand.

It's too early to tell at the moment but during mid to close combat situations, I've experienced that his grab can be OP a little. So there's potential for him to be as good as them, maybe even better 🤔we'll see

I think Isshiki is the most dangerous. All of his abilities happen so quick and come from nowhere. Kawashiki's dodge is easier to dodge than Isshiki's tbh
why developers only nerf and buff characters sometimes at random when al we need is a very very low supports priority? seems like i fought against my oppo supports not him since day one

does it actually mean they have lower total Hp then other chars?

Yeah so every character has defense values. Meaning some characters can take more damage than others
It does not mean that a character has lower health than the others, it means that a character takes more damage than the others, for example:
First of all, all chatacters have 100 health points.
And let's say that pts naruto have 50 points of defense and pts sasuke have 70 points of defense, in a combat pts naruto will take more damage than pts sasuke even if both characters have 100 health points.

I don't even think that's possible. Forward dash is faster than back dash, you have support, long range jutsu, etc. They really can't run away long enough to avoid everything

I also found it weird that Karin wasn't included but I bet she'll be included on the next balance patch for sure

Whats wrong with Karin? Her spray got no range and can be easily canceled.
I don't think she should even be in the game to start with lol BUT she's already a pretty weak and wacky character so her having at least something strong is okay.

NERF GARAA. Hit box is way too much. Can literally mash circle and u can’t get near him. He Hits support on ground and in air without even charaka dashing. Sand storm, Mash circle boom guard broken. Don’t forget you still have to worry about supports coming at you. 4:13

They nerf ishiki's grab, read the patchnotes and you will see that they made the grab slower and do less damage.

So CC2 will listen for these buff and nerfs to not important characters but won't listen to the fans when we ask for new awakenings for certain characters like CM2 Jugo, Indra Arrow's Awakening AND Ulti for Rinnegan Sasuke, Admantine Chain Ulti for Kushina AND Karin, 100 healing seal awakening for Tsunade you know the one who made the fucking jutsu??? And so much more but no a flismy update where they update nerfs and buffs are way more important it seems. Fuck this game and fuck CC2

Why in the blue hell you didn't mention the fact that they increased Madara S3's stun on block, and so now it's impossible to ninja move while guarding when he's doing his pressure on block????

They should nerf shurikens in general, and make them limited, like 20 shuriken per round or 10, to prevent spamming, ie TAYUYA, Exceptions ranged characters, they should also make a little gauge x10….x9…x4…0 Out X none left, it would be more realistic to the anime and manga, no one has unlimited shuriken.
