There are different types of this model sv 124 c5, c6 and this D1. Is this d1 the latest model? What are the differences between the rest?

I have one of these, when it seals after the first 2/3 seals it over heats and burns through the silvercrest bags. Its a bit cheap and nasty, buy cheap and buy twice.
